«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 
 
«Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշումը՝ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանին պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ նշանակելու մասին, մեծ թվով հարցադրումներ է առաջացնում։
 
Առաջին, ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված սույն անձի նշանակումը երկրի և զինված ուժերի համար ճգնաժամային իրադրությունում, երբ համակարգում խորքային գործընթացներ են գնում, իսկ նշանակված անձը ողջ կյանքում ոստիկան է եղել։ Ի՞նչ խնդիրներ են նրա վրա դրվել։
 
Երկրորդ, արդյո՞ք սա անվստահություն է Զինված ուժերի բարձրագույն պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող սպայակազմի նկատմամբ և արդյո՞ք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարծում է, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, Գլխավոր շտաբում այդ պաշտոնին համապատասխանող անձինք չկան։
 
Երրորդ, կարելի է՞ ենթադրել, որ այս փուլում ՊՆ-ի և ԳՇ-ի առանցքային դեմքերը հրաժարվում են աշխատել Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ փոխնախարարի պաշտոնը քաղաքական է։
 
Չորրորդ, եթե Արման Սարգսյանն իր ծառայությունը բարեխիղճ է կատարել ոստիկանությունում, ապա ինչո՞ւ է վարչապետն ավելի վաղ նրան ազատել պաշտոնից և ի՞նչ սկզբունքով է նրան նշանակում Սարգսյանի համար լրիվ նոր համակարգում։
Հինգերորդ, արդյո՞ք առհասարակ բացի ընթացիկ հարցերից, հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում ստեղված նոր իրադրությունը, պաշտպանության նախարարության առաջ նոր խնդիրներ են դրվել։
 
Վեցերորդ, ինչո՞ւ պաշտպանության նոր նախարարի նշանակումից 2 ամիս հետո, այս կարևոր կառույցում նախարարի 4 տեղակալներից 3-ի հաստիքը շարունակում են թափուր մնալ, իսկ չորրորդ փոխնախարար էլ նշանակվել է ոլորտից հեռու անձ։
