Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի կարգադրությամբ հաստատվել է ամիսներ առաջ  իրավունքի ուժով ստեղծված նոր կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) տարածումը կանխելու, այդ վիրուսի դեմ պայքարի, համավարակի հետեւանքները մեղմելու կամ վերացնելու ուղղությամբ Կառավարության եւ պարետատան իրականացրած միջոցառումների արդյունավետությունը, ինչպես նաեւ արտակարգ դրության ժամանակահատվածում մարդու իրավունքների ու հիմնարար ազատությունների սահմանափակումների արդյունավետությունն ու իրավաչափությունն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի կազմը։

Հանձնաժողովի կազմում «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունից ընդգրկվել է 8 պատգամավոր, իսկ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» եւ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցություններից երկուական պատգամավորներ։

«Լուսավոր Հայաստան»-ից Արկադի Խաչատրյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը նախագահելու է ինքը, հանձնաժողովի մյուս անդամներն են․Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյան, Ալեն Սիմոնյան, Սուրեն Գրիգորյան, Ծովինար Վարդանյան, Հայկ Կոնջորյան, Հրաչյա Հակոբյան, Արտակ Մանուկյան, Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյան, Անի Սամսոնյան, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյան, Միքայել Մելքումյան։

«Հաշվի առնելով քննիչ հանձնաժողովի լիազորությունների մեջ մտնող հարցերի նկատմամբ հանրության առկա հետաքրքրությունը եւ թեմայի պահպանվող արդիականությունը, ես ուզում եմ հույս հայտնել, որ համատեղ, հանրության հետ համագործակցային արդյունավետ աշխատանքի միջոցով հանձնաժողովին կհաջողվի հանրությանը ներկայացնել համավարակի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության հնարավորինս օբյեկտիվ եւ բազմակողմանի պատկերը՝ արձանագրված խնդիրներով, հաջողություններով եւ թերացումներով, ինչպես նաեւ հանրությանը հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները:

Առաջիկա օրերին կհայտարարվի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի առաջին նիստի օրվա եւ ժամի մասին: Հաջողություն եմ մաղթում Քննիչ հանձնաժողովին: Առողջ եղեք»,- գրել է Արկադի Խաչատրյանը։
