Ինքնակամ կառույցի օրինականացման համար պետք է դիմել  մինչեւ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Կադաստրի օպետական կոմիտեն:

Հայտարարությունում ասվում է. Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Կադաստրի կոմիտեի նախաձեռնությամբ մշակվել է օրենքներում լրացումներ եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագծերի փաթեթ, որն առաջին ընթերցման ընթացքում պատգամավորների կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկների հիման վրա լրամշակվել է եւ արդեն սույն թվականի հունվարի 18-ին 2-րդ ընթերցմամբ կքննարկվի Ազգային Ժողովի լիագումար նիստում։

Նախագծերի փաթեթի ընդունումը կընձեռնի հետեւյալ հնարավորությունները․

•             Եթե սեփականության իրավունքով ունեք օրենքի ուժով անհատույց փոխանցված հողամաս, որի օտարման դեպքում առկա է կադաստրային արժեքի վճարման պայման, ապա մինչեւ 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը համապատասխան համայնքային բյուջե կարող եք վճարել նախկին կադաստրային արժեքներով հաշվարկված գումար եւ հետագայում ազատվել օտարման պահին գործող ավելի բարձր կադաստրային արժեք վճարելուց։

•             Եթե ինքնակամ կառույցի օրինականացման համար համայնքի ղեկավարին կդիմեք մինչեւ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը եւ այդ դիմումի հիման վրա համայնքի ղեկավարը կընդունի բարենպաստ վարչական ակտ, ապա ինքնակամ կառույցները եւ դրանց համար սահմանված կարգով առանձնացված հողամասերը Ձեզ կօտարվեն մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը  գործող վաճառքի գներով (նախկին գործակիցներով եւ կադաստրային արժեքներով)։

•             Եթե պետական կամ համայնքային հողամասերի ուղղակի վաճառքի համար դիմել եք մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ը, կամ համայնքի ղեկավարի կամ Կառավարության որոշումը ընդունվել է մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, ապա այդ հողամասերը կօտարվեն Ձեզ մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը գործող կադաստրային արժեքներով։

•             Եթե հողամասի նպատակային նշանակությունը սահմանված կարգով փոփոխելու նպատակով մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ը դիմել եք համայնքի ղեկավարին եւ այդ դիմումի հիման վրա համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից ընդունվել է բարենպաստ վարչական ակտ, եւ եթե փոփոխման արդյունքում առաջանում է հողամասի կադաստրային արժեքների տարբերության վճարման պահանջ, ապա հողամասի կադաստրային արժեքների տարբերության հաշվարկը կկատարվի մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը գործող կադաստրային արժեքներով:
