Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը չի հիշատակվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ, և այն թողնվել է հետագայում լուծելու համար: Ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:

«Այն տարածքը, որտեղ տեղակայված է խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը, խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտի է: Մենք ելնում ենք դրանից Երևանի եւ Բաքվի հետ մեր շփումներում: Այժմ մշակվում են տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության կազմակերպման, մարդասիրական աջակցության վերաբերյալ մանրամասները»,- նշել է Լավրովը:

Նրա խոսքով`Երևանում և Բաքվում հակասություններ կան կարգավիճակի շուրջ և այդ հակասությունների պատճառով էլ երեք ղեկավարները որոշում են այդ հարցը թողնել հետագայում լուծելու համար:

ՌԴ արտգործնախարար նշել է, որ այդ հարցով նաև պետք է զբաղվեն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, և նրանք արդեն կապի մեջ են կողմերի հետ, պատրաստվում են այցելել տարածաշրջան:

Լավրովի կարծիքով`որքան արագ լուծվի Երևանի և Բաքվի հավաստիացումները էթնիկ, կրոնական համայնքների միջև առօրյա կյանքը կարգավորելու պատրաստակամության մասին, այնքան ավելի արագ կլուծվի ԼՂ կարգավիճակի հարցը:

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարն «էկզոտիկ» է անվանել Ղարաբաղն Ռուսաստանի կազմ ընդգրկելու առաջարկը, և ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունն անգամ Հայաստանը չի ճանաչել:

«Մենք նման մտադրություն չունենք, մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ նման խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ` տարածաշրջանում անվտանգությունը պահպանելու համար»,- եզրափակել է Լավրովը:
