ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով նախագահի նախկին խորհրդական Աշոտ Ղուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ «Մեկ ամսից ավել սպասում եմ, թե ՀՀ իրավասու կառույցներից որ մեկը կհիշեցնի, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանների հապշտապ ճշգրտումը նախկին՝ խորհրդային հանրապետությունների սահմաններով, զուրկ է որևէ իրավական հիմքից:

Լավ, ենթադրենք Ադրբեջանին դա պետք է արագ անել, քանի դեռ պատերազմի հետևանքները մեզ խոցելի են դարձրել, բայց մենք ինչո՞ւ ենք մոռանում, որ այսօրվա Ադրբեջանը 1991թ. հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ընդունած պետական անկախության վերականգնման մասին սահմանադրական ակտով հրաժարվել է խորհրդային ժառանգությունից և այդ պահից իրեն հռչակել է 1918-20թթ. առաջին անգամ ստեղծված և այդ շրջանում գոյատևած Ադրբեջանական Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետության իրավահաջորդը: (Այդ փաստաթղթի հղումը կգտնեք ստորև)

Որևէ մեկը կարո՞ղ է բացատրել, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է 2021թ. Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանների հաստատումը կատարվի այնպիսի տվյալներով, որոնք մերժվել են վերջինիս կողմից 30 տարի առաջ: Էլ չեմ ասում սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի ու դեմարկացիայի մասին, որոնք նույնիսկ խաղաղ պայմաններում և ավելի բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ ունեցող պետությունների միջև տարիներով չեն իրականացվում»:
