ՊՆ-կողմից անհայտ կորած համարվող զինծառայողը 20 օրից ավելի տանն է. ՀՔԱՎ

2020 թ․ դեկտեմբերին անհայտ կորած զինծառայողի մայրը դիմել էր Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակ եւ հայտնել, որ Ջաբրայիլում, ապա Հադրութում պատերազմական գործողություններին մասնակցած իր որդին վերջին անգամ Հադրութից կապ է հաստատել հոկտեմբերի 15-ին։

ՀՔԱՎ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նաեւ ասվում է. «Ծնողը խնդրել է ՀՔԱՎ-ի աջակցությունը՝ որդուց որեւէ տեղեկություն ստանալու հարցում։

Չնայած արդեն 20 օրից ավելի է, ինչ զինծառայողը գտնվել է, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, ի պատասխան մեր հարցմանը, հայտնում եւ պնդում է, թե որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում են, եւ անհայտ կորած զինծառայողին գտնել չի հաջողվել։ Գուցե սա եզակի դեպք է, բայց հարց է առաջանում, Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը համակարգու՞մ է արդյոք անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների տվյալները, հարազատներին անհայտ կորածի ճակատագրի եւ գտնվելու վայրի մասին տեղեկություններ փնտրելու եւ հարազատներին հայտնելու, տեղեկացնելու` պետության պարտավորությունները կատարու՞մ է պատշաճ տեղեկատվական բազայի հիման վրա, թե՞ ոչ։

Զինծառայող Դ․ Ս․-ի մայրը ՀՔԱՎ-ին հայտնել էր, որ նույն հեռախոսահամարից օգտվել էին այլ զինծառայողներ եւս, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 16-ին արդեն հեռախոսահամարն անհասանելի էր դարձել, քանի որ մարտկոցը լիցքավորում չի ունեցել։ Ծնողները տեղեկություն էին ստացել, որ մի խումբ զինծառայողներ, այդ թվում՝ Դ․ Ս․-ը, հոկտեմբերի 16-ից թաքնված են եղել անտառներում, սակայն նրանց գտնելու ուղղությամբ պատասխանատու կառույցները որեւէ գործողություն չեն ձեռնարկել։ Իսկ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ էլ այդ տարածք մտնել չի հաջողվել, քանի որ հակառակորդը թույլ չի տվել։ Վերջին անգամ զինվորները Ղարաբաղ Տելեկոմի օպերատորի միջոցով են ծնողներին փոխանցել, որ իրենց շարքերում կան վիրավորներ, եւ օգնության կարիք ունեն։ Ծնողները դիմել են ՀՀ ՊՆ մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում գերեվարված, անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների հանձնաժողովին, սակայն գործողություններ ձեռնարկելու փոխարեն՝ Հանձնաժողովից խորհուրդ են տվել ԱԱԾ դիմել՝ պարզելու, թե որտեղից է եղել զանգը։

ՀՔԱՎ-ը այս տեղեկությունները գրությամբ փոխանցել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն եւ տեղեկություններ հայցել՝ ինչ գործողություններ են ձեռնարկվել զինծառայողներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ, արդյոք համագործակցում են Կարմիր Խաչի եւ ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ։
