«Արցախ կատարած այցի շրջանակում աշխատանքային քննարկում եմ ունեցել ԱՀ աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանի,
Հայաստանից և Արցախից մի շարք պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ։
 
Կարևորելով Հայաստանի և Արցախի գերատեսչությունների միջև սերտ համագործակցության շարունակականությունը՝ քննարկել ենք Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի ներգրավմամբ արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակները։
 
Բնակարանային ապահովումը, ներդրումների միջոցով Արցախում աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը դիտարկել ենք որպես առաջնահերթություն։
 
Որոշել ենք առաջնորդվել միասնական օպերատիվ աշխատանքային օրակարգով, որը հնարավորություն կտա Արցախում առկա խնդիրներին տալ առավել օպերատիվ լուծումներ, ստեղծել արցախցիների հետագա կենսագործունեության համար անհրաժեշտ նախադրյալներն ու այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն իրականացնել առավել թիրախային»։
