Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հունվարի 24-ին մեկնել է Մարտակերտ քաղաք և հանդիպել շրջանի վարչակազմի, համայնքների ու հիմնարկ-ձեռնարկությունների ղեկավար կազմի հետ. հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էր նաև Արցախի հերոս, ՊԲ Ն դիվիզիայի հրամանատար Կարեն Շաքարյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմից։

Երկրի ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է ստեղծված հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը, Կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող քայլերի հաջորդականությունը և նշել անվտանգային, հումանիտար ու սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոլորտներում առկա այն առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք պետական կառավարման համակարգի համար գործողությունների օրակարգ են ձևավորել: Անդրադառնալով անօթևան քաղաքացիներին շրջանի համայնքներում տեղավորելու ծրագրի ընթացքին՝ նախագահ Հարությունյանը հորդորել է առավել ակտիվացնել այդ ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերն՝ ընդգծելով, որ գյուղական համայնքներում հաստատվող քաղաքացիների տնտեսական գործունեության համար Կառավարության կողմից առաջիկայում կստեղծվեն տարբեր հնարավորություններ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Հանրապետության նախագահը նաև պատասխանել է ներկաներին հուզող հարցերին:

Այնուհետև Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, Մարտակերտի հոգևոր հովիվ Տեր Հովհաննես քահանա Հովհաննիսյանի ուղեկցությամբ, այցելել է վերակառուցման փուլում գտնվող Մարտակերտի Սուրբ Հովհաննու Կարապետ եկեղեցի, ծանոթացել տեղում իրականացված շինարարական աշխատանքներին, խոստացել, որ պետության կողմից համապատասխան օժանդակություն կտրվի շինաշխատանքները սեղմ ժամկետներում ավարտին հասցնելու համար:
