Իմ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնակից պարոն Սեիդովն այսօր խոսեց վերջին պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ վստահության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտության մասին. եկեք խոսենք վստահության մթնոլորտի մասին։ Այս մասին ԵԽԽՎ-ում իր ելույթում նշել է հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության նախագահի ելույթին:

Նա մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Անցյալ ամիս Ադրբեջանում թողարկվել է պաշտոնական դրոշմանիշ՝ նվիրված 2020 թվականին, որի վրա պատկերված է պաշտպանիչ հագուստով տղամարդ, այնպիսի հագուստով, ինչպիսիք կրում են COVID-ի բուժման հետ կապված բժշկական անձնակազմի ներկայացուցիչները: Դրոշմանիշում պատկերված տղամարդը մաքրում կամ ախտահանում է քարտեզի այն մասը, որի վրա գտնվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, եւ նա, անշուշտ, ախտահանում է այդ մասը հայերից:

Պարոն Սեիդովը եւ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները այսպե՞ս են պատկերացնում վստահության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդումը: Եթե այո, ապա սա շատ տարօրինակ է, որովհետեւ ես չեմ կարծում, որ մարդկության պատմության մեջ եղել է այնպիսի օրինակ, որ նացիստական գաղափարախոսությունը բերի վստահության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդման։

Մյուս կարեւոր խնդիրն, անշուշտ, ռազմագերիների հետ կապված հարցն է: Համաձայն զինադադարի մասին հայտարարության՝ բոլոր ռազմագերիները եւ այլ պահվող անձինք պետք է անմիջապես ազատ արձակվեն «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքի համաձայն: Ցավոք, սա տեղի չի ունեցել, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է ավարտին հասցնել գործընթացը եւ, դեռ ավելին, զինադադարից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմն իրականացրել է այլ հարձակումներ 2 գյուղերի վրա, ինչի արդյունքում գերեվարվել են այլ ռազմագերիներ, որոնց նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանը սկսել է քրեական հետապնդում՝ նրանց անվանելով «հանցագործներ» եւ «ահաբեկիչներ»: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ սա վստահության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլ է:

Հարգելի գործընկերներ,

20 տարի առաջ Հայաստանը եւ Ադրբեջանը դարձան Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ: Ես գիտեմ, որ այս 20 տարիների ընթացքում ձեզանից շատերը հոգնել են հայ-ադրբեջանական շարունակական վեճերից այս դահլիճում: Արդյունքում ձեզանից շատերն այնքան էլ տրամադրված չեն եղել խոսել խնդրի մասին, ձեզանից շատերը, թերեւս, կարեւոր են համարել հավասարակշռված լինելը, ձեզանից շատերը, թերեւս, փորձել են կողմնապահություն չդրսեւորել, ինչպես նշեց պարոն Սեիդովը:

Սակայն ես այսօր ձեզանից խնդրելու եմ լինել կողմնապահ։ Կողմնապահ ոչ թե հօգուտ Հայաստանի, այլ հօգուտ մարդասիրության, հօգուտ խաղաղության ու մարդու իրավունքների եւ հօգուտ նացիստական գաղափարախոսության մերժման: Ես կոչ եմ անում ձեզ դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի աղաղակող գործողություններն ու լեզուն, որը կիրառվում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից եւ կոչ անել Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների անհապաղ ազատմանը, որովհետեւ այս մարդիկ պարզապես գտնվում են սպանված լինելու անմիջական վտանգի տակ:
