Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը համալրվել է գերժամանակակից սարքավորումներով: Տեխնիկական նոր միջոցները Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին նվիրաբերվել են ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան՝ թմրամիջոցների դեմ պայքարի և իրավապահ համագործակցության գրասենյակի ֆինանսավորմամբ, ԱՄՆ արդարադատության դեպարտամենտի՝ թմրամիջոցների դեմ պայքարի վարչության տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի հետ Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության վերջին տարիների ակտիվ գործակցության արդյունքում:

Տեխնիկական հնարավորություններով առանձնանում է «Tru Narc» անվամբ թմրամիջոցների՝ ձեռքի անալիզատորը: Սարքի միջոցով մաքսային ծառայողը տեղում, ընդամենը 90 վայրկյանի ընթացքում, կարող է հետազոտել ցանկացած կասկածելի ապրանք կամ նյութ՝ լինի փոշի, հեղուկ կամ պինդ զանգված: Հատկանշական է, որ շատ դեպքերում սարքի միջոցով հնարավոր է կասկածահարույց նյութը հետազոտել առանց փաթեթը բացելու: Օրինակ, եթե մաքսավորը կասկածելի հեղուկ զանգված է հայտնաբերել պլաստմասե շշում, ապա հետազոտությունը հնարավոր է շարունակել առանց այն բացելու և նմուշառության: Զննությունից հետո սարքը արդյունքը համադրում է շտեմարանում առկա նյութերի տեղեկատվությանը, և համընկնելու դեպքում՝ էկրանին արտացոլվում է նյութի անվանումը: Սարքի գրադարանում առկա է 324 թմրամիջոցի ու հոգեմետ նյութի, 70 պրեկուրսորի մասին տեղեկատվություն: Իսկ, եթե շտեմարանի տեղեկատվությունը բավարար չէ, ապա արտադրող ընկերությունն անվճար հնարավորություն է ընձեռում հետազոտության արդյունքն առցանց, մոտ 1 ժամվա ընթացքում համադրել թմրանյութերի ավելի մեծ գրադարանի հետ և ստանալ պատասխան:

Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը համալրվել է այլ սարքավորումներով ևս: Մասնավորապես՝ տրանսպորտային միջոցների տարբեր հատվածներում թաքստոցներ հայտնաբերելու խտության չափիչ սարքերով, թմրամիջոցների աէրոզոլային էքսպրես թեստերի հավաքածուներով, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննման համար նախատեսված ֆիբրոսկոպներով և վիդեոսկոպներով, որոնցով հնարավոր է տեսազննել տրանսպորտային միջոցների դժվար հասանելի հատվածները, այդ թվում՝ վառելիքի տարայի պարունակությունը: Վարչության տեխնիկական բազան համալրված մետաղորսիչ նոր սարքավորումներով էլ հայտնաբերվում են անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքներում թաքցված տարբեր իրեր, այդ թվում՝ զենք-զինամթերք և թանկարժեք մետաղներ:

Տեխնիկական համալրումը նպաստում է մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: Եթե նախկինում յուրաքանչյուր կասկածելի նյութ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում նշանակվում էր մաքսային փորձաքննություն, ապա այժմ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը շատ դեպքերում չի լինի: Սարքերն արդեն կիրառվում են մաքսային հսկողության գոտիներում և սահմանային անցակետերում:
