«Իրանի, ԱՄՆ, Թուրքիայի, Իսրայելի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ Հարավային Կովկասի համար մրցակցություն է սկսվել, չհաշված թփերի տակ թագնված Բրիտանիային։ Մրցակցության "գաղտնաբառը" Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության տակ անցած տարածքների տնտեսական իրացումն է, նաեւ կոմունիկացիաների ստեղծումը։ Պարզ է, ով ներդրումներ է անելու, նա էլ հետագայում իրավունքներ է թափահարելու։
Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանը, Իրանի արտգործնախարարը, բնականաբար Թուրքիան "վերականգնողական" աշխատանքների հայտ են ներկայացրել, Ռուսաստանն իր վերահսկողության տակ է վերցնում կոմունիկացիաների անվտանգության երաշխավորողի դերը։ Մի խոսքով, միմյանց հրմշտում են բացված հնարավորությունների համար։ Սա աշխարքաղաքական պայքար է ու,բնականաբար, այստեղ Հայաստանի ձայնը չի լսվում. ում է հետաքրքրում իր ժողովրդին դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրող պարտված իշխանության կարծիքը։
Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը բարձր մակարդակով երաշխավորում են Հայաստանի սահմանների ամբողջականությունը, դա իրենց համար կարմիր գիծ են հայտարարվում։ Պարզ է, դա ուղղված է Թուրքիային։
Սա է վիճակն ու պետք չի նեղանալ Իրանի արտգործնախարարի Ադրբեջանին ուղղված շնորհավորանքից, նրանք Ադրբեջանի համար պայքարի մեջ են մտել, մեր սահմանների ամբողջականության համար էլ երաշխավոր են կանգնում, հո քայլարարածները չեն դա ապահովում, որ մուննաթի իրավունք ունենանք։

Սա իմիջիայլոց, ընդամենը ակնարկ էր պատմության մեջ անձի դերի նշանակության մասին։ Հասկանալի է, որ Անձի մասին է խոսքը գնում, ոչ թե հայտնի թյուրիմացության, ով իր կաշին փրկելու համար չի ցանկանում հեռանալ ու արդյունքում պարտությունն երկարատեւ է դարձնում, խանգարելով մեզ օգտվել եղած հնարավորություններից»։
