Արցախի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը Բանակի օրվա առթիվ ուղերձ է հղել:

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Արցախի դեմ պատերազմը մեզ պարտադրում է յուրովի վերաիմաստավորել բանակի օրը։

Խոնհարվում եմ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված մեր հերոսների հիշատակի առաջ, վիրավոր մարտիկներին մաղթում եմ շուտափույթ ապաքինում։

Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում հաղթանակը նորանկախ պետության կարևորագույն կառույցներից մեկի՝ բանակի կազմավորման շնորհիվ այլ ընթացք ունեցավ։

Մենք չկարողացանք երեք տասնամյակի ընթացքում կառուցել մեր զինվորին արժանի պետություն՝ մարտի դաշտում թողնելով նրան միայնակ իր անձնուրացության ու քաջության հետ։

Ցավոք, մենք չունեցանք այն գիտակցումը, որ հաղթել էինք ճակատամարտը, և ոչ թե պատերազմը։ Նույնը հիմա. պայքարը չի ավարտվել։

Չի ավարտվել՝ հզոր, անվտանգ, բարեկեցիկ Հայաստան և Արցախ կառուցելու մեր պայքարը։

Բանակի հզորացումը պետք է հանդիսանա հզոր պետության հիմնասյուներից՝ որպես հզոր տնտեսության ամբողջություն։

Այս ճանապարհին մեր ամենամեծ թշնամին ժամանակի կորուստն է, որը ցավոք շարունակվում է անգամ պատմական ողբերգությունից հետո։

Մենք այլևս ժամանակ չունենք շարունակել ապրել անցյալի անվերջ վերլուծություններով, անցյալի ու ներկայի մեջ ընտրություն կատարելով։

Մեր միտքն ու գործը պետք է ուղղվի ապագային՝ անցյալից ու ներկայից վերցնելով սխալների վերաիմաստավորումը՝ նոր, ավելի կործանարար սխալներից խուսափելու համար։

Յուրաքանչյուր օր մենք պարտավոր ենք ունենալ ավելի հզոր, ավելի բարեկեցիկ Հայաստան ու Արցախ, որը դառնալու է ապրելու հայրենիք՝ ապագայով լցված վստահությամբ։

Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունը այսուհետ պետք է ապահովեն պետության հզորացման այլ սկզբունքներ, որոնք միտված են ունենալ գիտելիքի, աշխատանքի, արարման հիման վրա կառուցված հզոր տնտեսություն։

Մեր հերոսները նահատակվեցին՝ հանուն ապրելու Հայաստանի և Արցախի։

Փա՛ռք մեր հերոսներին։
