«Ժողովուրդ». Ազգային ժողովը չի՞ ինքնալուծարվի

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում որեւէ ձեւով կոնսենսուս չկա իմքայլական պատգամավոր Վահագն Հովակիմյանի առաջարկած այն նախագծի վերաբերյալ, թե պետք է ԱԺ-ում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելուց հետո հնարավորություն տալ խորհրդարանը ինքնալուծարելու:

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ Վահագն Հովակիմյանի առաջարկած նախագիծը, իմքայլականների կարծիքով, անիրագործելի է, եւ կարծիք են արտահայտել, թե իրենք հերթական անգամ հայտնվելու են շատ տհաճ իրավիճակում:

Եվ հենց այդ պատճառով էլ իշխող թիմում անգամ չեն էլ ցանկանում այն քննարկել առաջիկայում: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են նաեւ, որ Վահագն Հովակիմյանը այնպիսի մտքեր, առաջարկներ է ներկայացնում, որ պատգամավորների համար շատ դեպքերում ծիծաղելի են թվում:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձել է Վահագն Հովակիմյանից պարզել՝ արդյոք իրական է այն տեղեկությունը, որ խմբակցությունում իր առաջարկած նախագիծը հավանության չի արժանացել: «Դեռեւս այդ նախագիծն այդպես չի քննարկվել, այսինքն՝ քննարկման փուլում է, ու չեմ էլ բացառում, որ հավանության չի արժանանա, բայց այս պահին այդպիսի որոշում չունենք:

Ո՛չ բացասական, ո՛չ դրական որոշում չկա, իմ ակնկալիքն է, որ հավանության արժանանա, բայց ես չեմ բացառում, որ հավանության չի արժանանա»,-գալուստսահակյանական ոճով հայտարարեց Վահագն Հովակիմյանը:

Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե երբ են պատրաստվում իր առաջարկությունները քննարկել խմբակցությունում, ասաց. «Չգիտեմ, երեւի առաջիկայում: Ես մտադիր չէի այդպես արագացնել դրա քննարկումը, ուղղակի հարցը եկավ մամուլի դաշտ, սկսվեց քննարկվել»:
