«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Իշխանություն–հասարակություն հարաբերություններում կա նույնականացման՝ իդենտիֆիկացիայի բաղադրիչ։ Դա չի արձանագրվում որեւէ նախընտրական բուկլետում կամ քվեաթերթիկում անգամ, այլ գտնվում է հանրային հոգեբանության տիրույթում ու արտահայտվում է նրանով, որ հասարակությունն իշխանությանը համարում է իրենը, իրեն նույնականացնում է իշխանության առանձին կրողների ու հավաքական իշխանության հետ։

Նաեւ այս ֆենոմենը կամ հակաֆենոմենն է ընկած հասարակության ինչ-որ հատվածի կողմից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անվերապահ, անբնական ու անբանական աջակցության հիմքում՝ անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ խոսքը կարող է վերաբերել դավաճանությանը կամ հայրենազրկմանը․ մարդկանց այդ տեսակն ու հատվածը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեջ տեսնում է իրեն, իր անձը նույնականացնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։

Սա, իհարկե, չափազանց ցավալի արձանագրում է, քանի որ վկայում է, որ հասարակության առնվազն այդ հատվածը կրում է այն նույն որակները, որոնք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին մղել են գնալու ամենաամոթալի քայլերի։ «Մենք բոլորս Նիկոլ ենք»,- այս հոտային բանաձեւն է ընկած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աջակիցների դրդապատճառներում։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին  աջակցողների այս խավը նրան պաշտպանում է այնպես, ինչպես կպաշտպանի սեփական անձը, հենց դա է նույնականացումը։ Այս մարդկանց համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին աջակցելուց հրաժարվելը հավասարազոր է սեփական անձին դավաճանությանը։ Այդ աջակցությունից հրաժարվելու համար այդ տեսակի մարդիկ, որոնք քիչ չեն, պետք է գտնեն նոր անհատի, նոր կուռքի, որի հետ կնույնականացնեն իրենք իրենց։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինքը գիտակցել ու հասկացել է այս իրողությունը, ու նաեւ դրա համար է ամենաշատը կրկնում «ժողովրդի իշխանություն» արտահայտությունը․ դրա հասցեատերը հասարակության հենց այն հատվածն է, որը բաղկացած է հազարավոր կամ գուցե տասնյակ-հազարավոր նիկոլներից։

Մեր նման հասարակություններում այս սինդրոմն ինչ-որ իմաստով օրինաչափ է, այն բխում է մի կողմից՝ ցածր գիտակցությունից, մյուս կողմից՝ պետական ինստիտուտների անկատարությունից, ինչի պատճառով քաղաքացին իրեն նույնացնում է ոչ թե հայրենիքի, պետության, այլ առանձին վերցրած անհատի կամ անհատների հետ։ Ընտրական ցանկացած գործընթացում՝ արտահերթ, թե հերթական, այս երեւույթը զգալի ազդեցություն է ունենալու։ Ընտրություններում մարդիկ ձայն են տալու նրան, ում անձի հետ իրենք ամենաշատն են իդենտիֆիկացնելու սեփական եսը։

Հասարակությանն այս հոգեբանական գերությունից ազատելու համար լրջագույն աշխատանք է պետք։ Պարզամիտ կարգախոսներն այդ խնդիրը ոչ միայն չեն լուծում, այլեւ ավելի են խորացնում։ «Նիկոլ, դավաճան», «Նիկոլ, թշնամի» եւ այլ նման կարգի ուղերձները մարդկանց այդ տեսակն ընկալում է՝ որպես սեփական անձին ուղղված մեղադրանք, քանի որ իրեն նույնացնում է այդ մեղադրանքի հասցեատիրոջ հետ։

Արդյունքում՝ որքան ավելի շատ են ընդդիմախոսները պայմանականորեն հայհոյում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, այնքան ավելի են ամրացնում նրա դիրքերը հասարակության այն հատվածի շրջանում, որը քաղաքական նախընտրությունները կառուցում է ոչ թե բանականության, փաստերի ու փաստարկների, այլ իռացիոնալ զգացմունքների վրա։ Հասարակության այդ հատվածը, որը, կրկնում ենք, փոքր հատված չէ, լուրջ է վերաբերվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն խաբեությանը, որ Հայաստանում կա 3 միլիոն վարչապետ։

Մարդկանց դուր է գալիս ապրել այդ խաբկանքով, իսկ այդ մոլորությամբ առաջնորդվողների համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ուղղված ցանկացած խոսք կամ քայլ ուղղված է սեփական անձի՝ սեփական «վարչապետության» դեմ»:
