Պաշտոնական այցերի ոդիսականը. ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը մերժվում ուժային կենտրոնների կողմից

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Ղրղզստանում: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս այցն էլ Փաշինյանի համար պաշտոնական չէ, այլ զուտ աշխատանքային է, սակայն, այս իրավիճակը Նոր Հայաստանի ղեկավարի համար, կարծես թե, սովորական է դառնում: Բանն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գրեթե երեք տարվա մեջ կատարել է ընդամենը մի քանի պաշտոնական այցեր:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջին պաշտոնական այցը եղել է Վրաստանի Հանրապետություն 2018-ի մայիսի 30-ին: Հայաստանի ղեկավարը մեկ պաշտոնական այց էլ կատարել է 2019 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին՝ Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետություն: Փետրվարի 27-ին էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պաշտոնական այց է կատարել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն։ Պաշտոնական այցեր են եղել նաև Վիետնամ և Սինգապուր:

Այս այցերի թվից կարելի է դատել, թե ինչպիսի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգ ունեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ինչպիսին չունեն: Պարզապես նոնսենս է, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարը մինչ օրս պաշտոնական այց չի ունեցել ռազմավարական դաշնակից պետություն՝ ՌԴ: Այս հանգամանքը լավագույն կերպով է բնութագրում այն աննախադեպ բարձր մակարդակի երկկողմ հարաբերությունները, որոնց մասին հաճախ են խոսում իմքայլական պաշտոնյաները: Փաշինյանը պաշտոնական այց չի կատարել նաև Բրյուսել, թերևս դա է պատճառը որ մինչ օրս Հայաստանի եվրոասոցացման ապագան մշուշոտ է, իսկ ֆինանսական աջակցությունը ԵՄ-ից` ռեկորդային ցածր: Փաշինյանը չի հաջողել պաշտոնական այց կազմակերպել նաև ԱՄՆ, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ, ինչպես մամուլն էր գրում, ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը պարզապես կաշվից դուրս էր գալիս այդ այցը իրականություն դարձնելու համար: Այսօր Փաշինյանի հույսերը կապված են ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Բայդենի վարչակազմի հետ: Փաշինյանի հույսերը, սակայն, դժվար թե իրականություն դառնան` հաշվի առնելով, թե ինչ մեսիջներ է Արևմուտքը վերջին շրջանում հղում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին՝ ժողովրդավարության ինդեքսի նվազումից մինչև կոռուպցիան արմատախիլ չանելու մեջ մեղադրանքներ...
