Այն բանից հետո, երբ գեներալ Մովսես Հակոբյանը կոպիտ ձևով Աննա Հակոբյանից պահանջել է լքել հրամանատարական կետը, սկանդալ է բարձրացել: Այս մասին տելեգրամի իր էջում գրում է Արամ Գաբրիելյանովը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ պահին բունկերում գերգաղտնի օպերացիայի մասին քննարկում է եղել:

«Մինչ այդ Աննա Հակոբյանն արդեն մի քանի անգամ հրապարակայնորեն վիրավորել է գեներալներին՝ փորձելով նրանց սովորեցնել, թե ինչպես պետք է կառավարել զորքերը: 

Մովսես Հակոբյանն այլևս չի դիմացել ու կոպիտ ձևով Հակոբյանից պահանջել է լքել բունկերը»,-գրում է Գաբրիելյանովը:

Դրանից հետո Հակոբյանի թիկնապահը փորձել է նրան (Աննա Հակոբյանին) հանգստացնել, սակայն տիկինը զանգահարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու ասել ամեն ինչ՝ դա անելով բղավելով:

Աննա Հակոբյանի սենյակից 3 հարկանի հայհոյանքներ են հնչել: Նա ստորարցել է Նիկոլին ու ասել, որ վերջինս տղամարդ չէ, եթե «ոմն մոսկա խայտառակում է իր կնոջը»:

«Կնոջ հետ խոսելուց 5 րոպե հետո Փաշինյանը զանգահարել է Քյարամյանին ու պահանջել ձերբակալել գեներալ Հակոբյանին՝ նրան ձեռնաշղթաներով բերելով Երևան: Դրանից հետո Քյարամյանը գնացել է Արցախի նախագահի մոտ: Վերջինս վախեցած երկու գեներալների հետ խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել: Նրան ասել են որ որևէ մեկը նման հրաման չի կատարելու, ընդհակառակը՝ ձերբակելելու են Քյարամյանին ու իր թիկնապահներին:

Դրանից հետո Արայիկը հրաժարվել է կատարել Փաշինյանի հրամանն՝ այդ մասին ասելով Արգիշտիին: Քյարամյանն իր հերթին դողացող ձայնով զեկուցել է Փաշինյանի, որ հրամանը հնարավոր չէ կատարել:

Փաշինյանը սկսել է բղավել ԱԱԾ երիտասարդ տնօրենի վրա՝ նրան մեղադրելով տղամարդ չլինելու մեջ: Դրանից հետո էլ հրապարակվել է Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի պաշտոնանկության մասին հրամանագիրը:
