Դատախազը Վահան Բադասյանի խափանման միջոցը փոփոխելու որոշում է կայացրել։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

«Չնայած քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Վահան Բադասյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու միջնորդության դատական քննության վերաբերյալ դատախազության պարզաբանումներին, առանձին շրջանակների կողմից իրողությունների աղավաղմամբ հանրության զգացական ընկալումների վրա խաղալով շարունակվում է ձևավորվել այն անհեթեթ կարծիքը, թե, իբր, Վ. Բադասյանը կալանավորվել է մշտական բնակության վայր չունենալու հիմքով: Հերթական նման փորձը կատարել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը՝ ֆեյսբուքյան իր գրառմամբ:

Մինչդեռ Ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը Վ. Բադասյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանքն ընտրելու մասին իր օրինական և հիմնավոր որոշման մեջ, ոչ միայն հիմնավոր կասկածի, այլ նաև՝ օրենքով սահմանված կալանավորման ՄԻ ՔԱՆԻ հիմքերի առկայությունը, որոնք փաստարկված ներկայացված են եղել նաև վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի միջնորդության մեջ:
Ի թիվս այլ հիմքերի, դատարանը, հատկապես շեշտել է Վ. Բադասյանի կողմից նոր հանցավոր արարք կատարելու բարձր հավանականությունը:

Այսուհանդերձ՝ ելնելով նախաքննության ընթացքւոմ իրականացված քննչական, դատավարական գործողությունների և 10.02.2021թ. ստացված՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարությունների կատարման արդյունքներից, հաշվի առնելով իր գործողությունների հակաիրավական բնույթ ունենալու հանգամանքը գիտակցելու, դրանք պահի ազդեցության տակ կատարած լինելու, ազատության մեջ մնալու դեպքում պատշաճ վարքագիծ դրսևորելու պարտավորվածության վերաբերյալ Վ. Բադասյանի կողմից ցուցմունքով տրված հավաստիացումները, ինչպես նաև նրա ընտանեկան դրությունը, պատերազմական գործողություններին մասնակցությունը և առողջական վիճակը՝ քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականցնող դատախազ Գևորգ Սարգսյանի կողմից կայացվել է Վահան Բադասյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը անազատության հետ չկապված այլ խափանամն միջոցով՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ փոխարինելու մասին որոշում»,- գրել է նա:
