«168 ժամ». Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կապիտուլյացնում է հայ ժողովրդին

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. ««44-օրյա պատերազմին ու խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիոն համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը հաջորդած առաջին երկու ամիսներին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները գրեթե լուռ էին, վախեցած ու անհանգստացած։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, սարսափած, դուրս չէր գալիս բունկերներից, իշխող խմբակցության պատգամավորները զգուշանում էին փողոց դուրս գալ, բնակվում էին անմատչելի վայրերում։

Պատճառը մեկն էր՝ նրանք վախենում էին դատաստանից․ ոչ թե քաղաքական ուժերի, ոչ թե առանձին կուսակցությունների, այլ ժողովրդի դատաստանից։ Վախենում էին, որովհետև խախտել էին չգրված, բայց բոլոր գրված օրենքներից ավելի զորեղ այն օրենքը, որ պետությանը պարտության տարած, հազարավոր զոհերի պատճառ դարձած ու հայրենիքը հանձնած իշխանությունը պետք է առնվազն հեռանա։ Իշխանության վախն ու անհանգստությունն արդարացված էր առողջ ու արժանապատիվ հասարակության կանխավարկածի պարագայում։

Բայց հետագա ամիսները ցույց տվեցին, որ այդ կանխավարկածը չի գործում, և, որ դատաստան՝ որպես այդպիսին, չի լինելու, ինչն իշխանությանը հիմք տվեց դուրս գալ բունկերներից։  Հիմա նրանք ոչ միայն չեն թաքնվում, այլ ամեն օր հոխորտալից ելույթներ են ունենում, չեն ամաչում անգամ ադրբեջանաթուրքական բացահայտ քարոզ իրականացնելիս։

Հասարակության անտարբերությունն իշխանությանը դարձրել է ամբարտավան, լկտի ու ցինիկ, և հիմա իշխանությունն անցել է հակագրոհի։ Տեսնելով, որ կարելի է պետությունը տանել պարտության, գիտակցված քայլերի կամ հանցավոր անգործության հետևանքով հազարավոր զոհերի պատճառ դառնալ ու մնալ անպատիժ, խուսափել դատաստանից, իշխանությունն ինքն է պատժում հասարակությանը։

Եթե սկզբնական շրջանում այդպիսի պատիժ էր միայն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների ֆիզիկական հայտնությունը հասարակության առաջ, ապա հիմա արդեն պատիժն ավելի բովանդակային տեսք է ստացել․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացվում է՝ որպես Հայաստանին ու տարածաշրջանին խաղաղություն պարգևած բացառիկ առաջնորդ։

Իշխանությունը, ըստ ամենայնի, առաջնորդվում է «այս հասարակությանը հասնում է» սկզբունքով, և առայժմ միայն հաջողություններ է արձանագրում ու իրեն զգում է այնքան վստահ, որ իմքայլականների հավաքական ամբարտավանության մարմնավորող Ալեն Սիմոնյանն առանց ամաչելու հայտարարում է․

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի, կարելի է ասել, ամենալավ մարմնավորումն է, որը որ կարող է լինել: Ավելի լավ ՀՀ ժողովրդին ներկայացնող անձ չի եղել: Ինքը ժողովրդից մեկն է»:

Սիմոնյանը, այսպիսով, ուղիղ տեքստով հայ ժողովրդին որակում է՝ որպես ստախոս, պատեհապաշտ, անսկզբունքային, մեծախոս, վախկոտ ու անհավասարակշիռ, դավաճան, հողատու։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պարտվելով Ադրբեջանին, իրականում հաղթել է հայ ժողովրդին, և կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկվելով Ալիևի կողմից, հիմա կապիտուլացնում է հայ հասարակությանը։ Եվ դա նա անում է ժողովրդի թավշյա անտարբերության ու հակաբնական հարմարվողականության պայմաններում»:
