ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Բոլորից ավելի ուրախ է ապրում նա, ով բոլորից ավելի լավ է կարողանում ինքն իրեն խաբել»:
Ֆեոդոր Դոստոևսկու այս խոքերն այսօրվա մեր հասարակությանն է վերաբերում։
Այսօր Հայաստանում, և նրանից դուրս ապրող այն հայերն, ովքեր հասկանում են Նիկոլի բերած դժբախտությունների ամբողջ ծավալը՝ անձնական ողբերգություն են ապրում։ Որովհետև այդ մարդիկ արժանապատվություն ունեն, մտածել ու վերլուծել գիտեն, և ոչ մի պարագայում չեն ցանկանում ինքնախաբեությամբ զբաղվել ու վտանգել իրենց երկիրը։
Սակայն կան նաև այնպիսիններն, ովքեր Դոստոևվսկու նկարագրած ուրախներն են։ Իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ երջանիկ ապուշներն, ովքեր հեշտությամբ կարողանում են խաբել իրենք իրենց։
Հեշտությամբ խաբում են իրենք իրենց, թե թուրքի հետ այսպիսի խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիայից հետո, հանգիստ ապրելու են։
Ինքնախաբեությամբ կարծում են, թե առանց Արցախի՝ Հայաստանն ունենալու է ինքնիշխանություն ու անկախ ապագա։
Ինքնախաբեությամբ մտածում են, որ Սյունիքը թուրք-ադրբեջանական աքցանի տակ դնելուց հետո այնտեղ խաղաղություն է տիրելու։
Իրենք իրենց խաբում են, թե իբրև Նիկոլը մեղք չուներ, որ միևնույն է այսպես պետք է լիներ։ Կամ ավելի մեծ ինքնախաբեությամբ՝ հավատում են, իբր նախկիններն են մեղավոր։
Կան նույնիսկ այնպիսիք, ովքեր ինքնախաբեությամբ կարծում են, որ Նիկոլը շուտով դուրս կբերի երկիրն այս վիճակից։
Այս մարդիկ պետք է գիտակցեն, որ սեփական խելք չունենալը և իրականությունը չճանաչելը, սեփական կոմֆորտի կամ ուրախ ապրելու խաթր՝ ինքնախաբեությամբ զբաղվելը գուցե քրեորեն պատժելի չէ, բայց յուրօրինակ ոճիր է։ Ոճիր, որը մի օր անխուսափելիորեն բերում է պատժի։
Բնության մեջ էլ է այդպես։ Այն կենդանիները, որոնք չեն գիտակցում վերահաս վտանգը և հանուն ուրախ ապրելու, պատրաստ են իրենք իրենց խաբել, թե ամեն ինչ լավ է՝ հենց այդ նույն բնության կանոններով էլ պատժվում են։
