Հայաստանի մտավոր սեփականության պաշտպանության ֆեդերացայի նախագահ Գագիկ Մանասյանը այսօր տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսին ասաց, որ իրենք փնտրում են այնպիսի մտավորականի, որը պատասխանատու կլինի իր երկրի ու իր ժողովրդի առաջ: Նախքան ասուլիսը սկսելը, նա ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի մտավոր սեփականության պաշտպանության ֆեդերացիան. « Առաջինը, որ ես կուզենամ արձանագրել, դա այն է, որ անցյալ տարի սեպտեմբեր ամսին Հայաստանում հիմնադրվեց Հայաստանի մտավոր սեփականության պաշտպանության ֆեդերացիան, որը իր մեջ ընդգրկում է մտավոր սեփականությամբ ապրող մարդկանց»,- նշեց Գագիկ Մանասյանը:

Նա նշեց նաև, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում մտքի սեփականություն ասվածը. «Իսկ ի՞նչ է մտավոր սեփականությունը․ այն, ինչ մտքի արտադրանք է, այն, ինչ առաջանում է մտքի շնորհիվ, կարող ենք դիտարկել որպես մտավոր սեփականություն: Այն երկրի ներքին հարստությունն է: Երբ սկսվեց պատերազմը, մեր հայրենիքը կամա թե ակամա հայտնվեց այս ողբերգական վիճակում, կարծես թե, մտավորականությունը փորձեց մասնակից դառնալ այն խնդիրների լուծմանը, որը դրված էր մեր առաջ: Եթե պատկերավոր ասեմ՝ ընդհատվեց մեր աշխատանքը և փոխարինվեց պատերազմի և պատերազմի հետևանքների լուծման խնդիրներով»,- ընդգծեց բանախոսը:

Վերջինս այն կարծիքին է, որ հայրենիքի փրկությունը կախված է ոչ այնքան զենքից, որքան մարդկային ռեսուրսներից. « Հայրենիքի փրկությունը կախված է առավել շատ ինտելեկտուալ մարդկանցից:  Այսօր մեր երկիրը մտածող մադկանց կարիք ունի: Մենք փորձում ենք մեր ասոցիացիայի շնորհիվ, որտեղ ընդգրկված են Հայստանի ինտելեկտուալ մարդկանց գրեթե մեծ մասը, փնտրել, գտնել հնարավոր ելքեր և այս ճանապարհին մենք փորձեցինք «գույքագրել» մեր ունեցած հնարավորությունները: Կարծում ենք, որ այս 30 տարիների ընթացքում մտավորականությունը օտարվել է ժողովրդից, կամ՝ ժողովուրդը մտավորականությունից»,- ասաց Գագիկ Մասնասյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ չկա Հայստանում մի մտավորական, որի խոսքը անվերապահորեն ընդունվի ժողովուրդի կողմից. «Մենք փորձում ենք վերականգնել, ակտիվացնել մտավորականների դերը, որպեսզի կարողանանք ստեղծել հասարակական հնչեղություն: Եվ այսօր, երբ մեր ժողովուրդը, չհավատալով ոչ մեկին, փրկիչ է փնտրում՝ պետք է նախ հավատա փրկչի հայտնվելուն: Մենք փորձում ենք մտավորականներին վերադարձնել իրենց վերապահված դերը: Մենք փնտրում ենք պատասխանատու մտավորական, որը պատասխանատու է իր երկրի ու իր ժողովրդի առաջ»,- նշեց Գագիկ Մանասյանը:
