 Արցախի Ասկերանի շրջանի Հովսեփավան համայնքում փորձնական ծրագրով կառուցվող 5 փայտե առանձնատներից մեկը շուտով ավարտուն տեսք կունենա: 

 «Կառավարության փորձնական ծրագրով կառուցվող փայտե կոնստրուկցիաներով առանձնատներից մեկում արդեն ներքին հարդարման աշխատանքներին են հասել։ Շինարարության համար ընտրվել է կապալառու «Շեն Արցախ» ընկերությունը, քանի որ նման տներ նախագծելու և կառուցելու փորձ ունի:

Ընկերության փոխտնօրեն Մհեր Դերձյանի խոսքով՝ մասնագիտացված 5 հոգանոց խումբը 1 ամսում կարող է կառուցել և շահագործման հանձնել 3 սենյականոց համանման տուն։ Ըստ պատվերների ծավալի՝ առանձնատների գինը տատանվում է 1 քառակուսի մետրի համար՝ 200-300 ԱՄՆ դոլարի սահմաններում։ Փայտե այս առանձնատան ամրությունը երաշխավորում են 70 տարի ժամկետով: Կառուցվող տներն ունեն  2 մուտք, որոնցից մեկը հիմնականն է, իսկ մյուսը՝ ելք դեպի հողամաս։ Պատերը ձայնամեկուսացվում են և ունեն ջերմությունը  պահպանող մակերես։ Առանձնատան փայտե դետալները անտեսանելի են ինչպես արտաքինից, այնպես էլ՝ներսից: Յուրաքանչյուր առանձնատան համար նախատեսված է նաև 1000 քառակուսի մետրի չափով տնամերձ տարածք»,-հայտնում են գերատեսչությունից:
