ԲԴԽ նորընտիր անդամ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանն ինտենսիվ հանդիպումներ է ունենում քրեական գործեր քննող դատավորների հետ` փաստացի իրեն դիրքավորելով որպես ԲԴԽ նախագահ եւ հավաստիացնում, որ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը հեռանալու է: Այս մասին գրել է mediaport տելեգրամյան ալիքը։

Տելեգրամյան ալիքի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ նպատակը քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ կալանքներ կիրառելու ու խիստ պատիժներ նշանակելու հարցն է: Դատավորները զգուշորեն են արձագանքում, թեեւ որոշները առերեւույթ դրական հակվածություն են ցույց տալիս: Առաջիկա զարգացումները այս առումով ցույց կտան` ովքեր են Ջհանգիրյանին հավատացողները: Առանձին կանդրադառնանք այդ դատավորներին:

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանն ասաց, որ չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ. «Որոշմանս մեջ ոչինչ չի փոխվել, ասել եմ, որ հրաժարական չեմ տա, շարունակում եմ մնալ այդ որոշմանը»։

Նա նշեց՝ ինքը չի նկատել, որ Ջհանգիրյանն ինտենսիվ հանդիպումներ ունենա դատավորների հետ։

Հարցին՝ ինչպիսի՞ն են իր եւ Ջհանգիրյանի հարաբերությունները, ԲԴԽ նախագահն ասաց. «Նորմալ, գործընկերային»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 22-ին նախկին զինդատախազ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանն ու ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի եղբարը՝ Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանը, ընտրվեցին ԲԴԽ անդամներ։

Ջհանգիրյանի՝ ԲԴԽ անդամ ընտրվելու հարցը բավականին լայն քննարկման առիթ դարձավ։ Նշվում էր, որ 65 տարեկանը լրացած անձը չի կարող է ԲԴԽ անդամ ընտրվել, սակայն Ջհանգիրյանը շեշտում էր, որ իրավաբան-գիտնականների համար ԲԴԽ  անդամ դառնալու համար տարիքային առավելագույն սահման նախատեսված չէ։
