Բանակը պետք է դիտարկել ոչ միայն որպես ժամանակակից գերճշգրիտ զինատեսակներով ու տիեզերական կողմնորոշիչներով հագեցված համակարգ, այլ նախևառաջ՝ գաղափարակիր համախոհների միավորող այնպիսի կառույց, որն ունենալով խիստ կազմակերպվածություն և զինված ուժերին հատուկ կարգ ու կանոն, ունակ է իր առջև դրված ցանկացած խնդիր կատարել առավելագույնս անթերի և ամբողջ ծավալով: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Պատմության մեջ քիչ չեն եղել դեպքեր, երբ լավ զինված բանակները մարտադաշտում պարտվել են քանիցս իրենց սպառազինությամբ ու տեխնիկայով զիջող բանակներին: Եվ դա համարվել է օրինաչափ, քանզի գերճշգրիտ զինատեսակներն ու տիեզերական կողմնորոշիչները, որքան էլ հզոր, բայց անընդունակ են կոտրելու այն կամքն ու ոգին, որոնցից կռված է իրական հայրենասիրությունը...

Հաղթողներին առաջ մղող թիվ մեկ խթանիչը հայրենասիրության, ասել է թե՝ օջախի պաշտպանության գաղափարն է և այն էությամբ ու կեցությամբ մարմնավորող հրամանատարը՝ սկսած ջոկից մինչև Գերագույն... Մարտադաշտում կռվող յուրաքանչյուր զինվոր իր վերադասի հրամանի կրողն ու կատարողն է...

Որքան բարձր է հրամանատարի աստիճանը, այնքան մեծ է պատասխանատվությունը... Եվ դա բնական է, քանի որ հրամանի կատարման վերջնական արդյունքը կախված է ոչ միայն ենթակայի անթերի գործողություններից, այլ ավելի շատ ամենավերևում գտնվող «Գերագույնի» արձակած հրամանների գերճշգրտությունից...

Հ.գ.-Արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմում մենք պարտվեցինք նաև այն պատճառով, քանի որ չունեինք Առաջին և Երկրորդ պատերազմներում մեր զինված ուժերի դրսևորած կազմակերպվածությունն ու կարգ ու կանոնը և, որ շատ կարևոր է՝ երկրի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դրսևորած սառնասրտությունն ու իրավիճակին համահունչ գործելու կարողությունը»:
