ՀՀ իշխանությունները մերժել են Երևանում հերոս Ալբերտ Հովհաննիսյանի արձանը տեղադրելու խնդրանքը՝ որպես հայ անհաղթ հրետանավորների հավաքական կերպար: Քաղաքացիներն այսկերպ ցանկանում էին հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել մեր զոհված զինծառայողների հիշատակին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրել է Հանրապետական վերականգնողական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նարինե Մանուկյանը:

ԿԳՄՍ-ից առաջարկը մերժելու հիմնավորումներից մեկն այն է, որ 2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեով նման հատկացումներ նախատեսված չեն: 2021 թվականի համար նախատեսված հատկացումները կարող եք տեսնել այստեղ։

Դե, իսկ պարգևավճարների, հարյուր հազարավոր դրամներ արժեցող գրիչների ու զուգարանի թղթերի համար իշխանությունները միշտ էլ կարող են հատկացումներ նախատեսել:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության կողմից նման հայտարարություններն ու վերաբերմուքն այլևս նորություն չեն: Հակահայկական հայտարարություններով է հանդես գալիս ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը: Նա հայտարարում է՝ «նժդեհական գաղափարախոսությունը, ըստ էության,  ֆաշիստական է»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ նման հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ նույն կերպ փորձելով վարկաբեկել Նժդեհին, իսկ այսօր՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը մերժում է պատերազմում հերոսացած Ալբերտ Հովհաննիսյանի արձանը տեղադրելու՝ քաղաքացիների խնդրանքը:
