Ավիացիոն փորձագետ Նավիկ Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Մի լրացուցիչ գրառում էլ անեմ B737-300-ի թեմայով։

Fly Armenia-ն վարձակալությանբ է ձեռք բերել օդանավը։ Ինձ հասած տեղեկություններով վերջին 4-5 ամսվա ընթացքում Fly Armenia -ն սեփականատիրոջը չի վճարել պայմանավորված վարձակալության ամսեկան գումարները, ինչի հետևանքով սեփականատերը որոշել է չեղարկել վարձակալության պայմանագիրը և ետ ուզել իր գույքը։

Եթե օրենքով շարժվենք, ապա մեր ՔԱԿ-ը, հանդիսանալով ICAO-ի ներկայացուցիչը ՀՀ-ում, իմանալով որ մեր երկիրը վավերացրել է Քեյփթաունի կոնվենցիան` որը իր հերթին նմանօրինակ դեպքերում պահանջում է արտերկրյա սեփականատիրոջը ետ վերադարձներ իր գույքը, պետք է անմիջապես արգելեր Fly Armenia-ի կողմից օդանավի հետագա շահագործումը, ՀՀ օդային ռեեստրի մեջ չեղարկեր EK-FAA օդանավի գրանցումը (այսպես ասած deregistration աներ) և ՀՀ տարածքում օդանավը հանձներ սեփականատիրոջը կամ իրենց օդաչուական անձնակազմին։

Փոխարենը ՔԱԿ-ը, ցուցաբերելով վերահսկողական բացառիկ ունակություններ, հարգելով ՀՀ Ավիացիայի մասին օրենքը, ICAO-ի հանձնարարականները`գրանցում է Fly Armenia-ի օդանավը ՀՀ ռեեստրում այս տարվա հունվարի 8-ին…

Ավելին`թույլատրում է, որ օդանավը Երևանից թռնի Տալլին, հետո Վառնա, հետո Թեհրան`այս բոլորը Fly Armenia-յի թռիչքային կոդով և անձնակազմով…

ՔԱԿ-ը և Fly Armenia-ի ղեկավարները լավատեղյակ են ինչ է կատարվել և ինչ նպատակով է օդանավը իջել Թեհրանում, ծածկադմփոց անելը այս հարցում չի հաջողվի։

Իմ ունեցած տեղեկատվության համաձայն օդանավը Տալլինից թռել է Վառնա, այնտեղ ինչ որ տեխնիկական խնդիր է ունեցել, մնացել 1 օր, հետո ստացել է թույլտվություն թռչելու Վառնա-Շարջա, բայց վերջին պահին թռիչքային անձնակազմը փոխել է որոշումը և իջել Թեհրանում։ Հավելեմ, որ ասված չվերթով և հատկապես Վառնա-Շարջա չվերթի Flight Plan-ի հաստատումով հետքրքրված են նաև Բուլղարիայի անվտանգության
աշխատակիցները։

Եթե ահաբեկչություն չկա, ապա սա բիզնես խաբկանք է կազմակերպված ավիացիոն խարդախների թիմի կողմից, որի հնարավորության մասին մենք ահազանգում էինք ՔԱԿ-ին և ՏԿ նախարարության ավիացիայի պատասխանատուներին դեռևս 2019-ի Դեկտեմբերին, փոխարենը իրենք Fly Armenia-ին տվեցին շահագործողի վկայական`անցած տարվա ամռանը…»:
