Երբ երկրի Զինված ուժերի ողջ վերնախավը հանրայնորեն հայտնում է անվստահություն պատերազմի պայմաններում իր գերագույն հրամանատարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձին, կա երկու ելք` կամ փոխել ողջ ավագ սպայակազմը, կամ անցնցում հեռանալ: Երրորդը տրված չէ: Հատկապես` ռազմական իրական սպառնալիքի առերեսվող պետության պարագայում: Այդ մասին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։

Նա գրել է․ «Առաջին տարբերակը կնշանակեր` թողնել բանակն առանց հրամկազմի և, հետևաբար` մատնել երկիրն անխուսափելի պարտութան: Ավելին, ես կդժվարանամ մտաբերել նման փորձ որևէ ժողովրդավարական երկրի պատմության մեջ:

Այս պահին արդեն ակտուալ չէ, թե ինչու ստացվեց այնպես, որ երկրի ողջ գեներալիտետը ստիպված եղավ հանրային հայտարարություններով խոսել դավաճանի հետ: Վստահ եմ, որ դրան նախորդել են հաղորդակցման անհամեմատ ավելի զուսպ ձևեր, որոնք նիկոլը կամ չի հասկացել, կամ, ավելի հավանական է, չհասկանալու է տվել: Ինչպես չհասկանալու էր փորձում տալ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսի, Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի, Երևանի պետական համալսարանի, երկրի Նախագահի, քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերի բազմաթիվ հորդորներն ու ուղերձները:

Ի դեպ, ռազմական էլիտայի հայտարարության մեջ չկա հեղաշրջման նշույլ անգամ: Հեղաշրջում անողներն երկարաշունչ հայտարարություններ տարածում են երկրի ղեկավարին մեկուսացնելուց հետո, ոչ թե առաջ: Տվյալ պարագայում կա անվստահության ու հարգանքի բացակայության հստակ շարադրանք, որն արդեն իսկ հանգեցրել է հրամանատրման շղթայի տրամաբանության խեղման, ինչը չի կարելի հանդուրժել և ոչ մի րոպե: Դրա վառ ապացույցն է բանակի սպայակազմին հրապարակից հրամաններ իջեցնելու խղճահարություն առաջացնող փորձերը»:
