«Ժողովուրդ». Իշխող ուժի մոտ համոզում կա, որ ռուսական կողմից է եղել ճնշում Օնիկ Գասպարյանի վրա

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երեկ՝ վաղ առավոտյան, Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքը փոթորկվեց Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի հայտարարությունից հետո: Վերջինս նշել էր. «Իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ ՀՀ զինված ուժերը պահանջում են ՀՀ վարչապետի եւ կառավարության հրաժարականը, միաժամանակ նախազգուշացնում ձեռնպահ մնալ ժողովրդի դեմ ուժ կիրառելուց, ում զավակները զոհվել են՝ պաշտպանելով հայրենիքն ու Արցախը:

Բանակը միշտ եղել է ժողովրդի հետ, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է բանակի հետ»: Դրան հաջորդեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչը. «Գլխավոր շտաբի հայտարարությունը համարում եմ ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ… Օնիկ Գասպարյանը կա՛մ պետք է ինքնակամ հեռանա, կա՛մ ՀՀ նախագահը պետք է ստորագրի նրա ազատման միջնորդությունը»:

Նախքան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրավիրած հավաքը ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության մի քանի անդամներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ են կանչվել, այդ թվում եւ՝ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը եւ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը, եւ քննարկել են նախ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալու հարցը, ապա վերլուծել են, թե ինչու ՀՀ ՊՆ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը դուրս եկավ ՀՀ իշխանությունների դեմ:

Իշխող ուժի մոտ համոզում կա, որ ռուսական կողմից է եղել ճնշում Օնիկ Գասպարյանի վրա, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է նման զարգացումների, սակայն իրենք չպետք է տրվեն ռուսական ճնշումներին։

Ու այս իրավիճակում ուշագրավ զուգադիպությամբ արձագանքեց Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մեւլյութ Չավուշօղլուն` հայտարարելով. «Թուրքիան դեմ է աշխարհի ցանկացած երկրում իշխանության բռնազավթման փորձերին։ Դա վերաբերում է նաեւ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին»։

Ընդդիմությունն էլ հայոց բանակին աջակցելու նպատակով երեկվանից փակեց Բաղրամյան պողոտան եւ սկսեց շուրջօրյա նստացույց Բաղրամյան պողոտայում` պահանջելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը: Ու մինչ մեր երկրում իշխանության կռիվ է, կառավարությունն էլ չի պատրաստվում ո՛չ հրաժարական տալ, ո՛չ էլ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալ առկա լարվածությունը թոթափելու համար, մեր հարեւան, բայց ոչ բարեկամ Ադրբեջանի կառավարության եւ «Անգլո Աժիան Մայնինգ» (Anglo Asian Mining plc) ընկերության միջեւ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել, որ բրիտանական ընկերությունը սկսելու է շահագործել Սոթքի, Կաշենի եւ Վեջնալի (Զանգելան) հանքավայրերը։

Սրանք, նկատենք, մինչեւ արցախյան սեպտեմբերից սկսված պատերազմը շահագործվել են հայկական «Գեոպրոմայնինգ Գոլդ» (Սոթք) եւ «Վալլեքս Գրուպ» (Կաշեն) ընկերությունների կողմից, որոնք այդ տարածքներում կատարել էին մեծ ներդրումներ (մոտ 250 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար)։

Բայց պատերազմում կրած մեր խայտառակ պարտությունից երեք ամիս անց մեր պահանջատիրության բացակայության պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը բրիտանական ընկերությանը տվել է ընդերքօգտագործման համար անհրաժեշտ թույլտվությունները: Դե ինչ, սպասենք նորանոր տապալումների»:
