ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը Ծաղկաձորում մասնակցել է ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացված՝ ՀՀ քրեական նոր օրենսգրքի նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումներին, և լրատվամիջոցներում տարածված լուսանկարը արվել է ընդմիջման պահին, որտեղ, բացի Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանից, ներկա էին նաև դատավոր և ներկայացուցիչ Ոստիկանությունից:

«Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

«Նախօրեին առանձին լրատվամիջոցներ հրապարակել էին ՀՀ ԱԺ պետաիրավական մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի և այլ անձանց հետ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանի մասնակցությամբ սեղանի շուրջ զրույցի մի լուսանկար, և, հիշեցնելով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահին վերաբերող քրեական գործով վերջինիս մեղադրող լինելու հանգամանքը, արվել ենթադրություն, թե միգուցե նրանք քննարկում են ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամից ելքեր գտնելու հարցը:

Ավելի ուշ, նույն լուսանկարի վկայակոչմամբ, առանց որևէ աղբյուր նշելու, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանի վերաբերյալ հերթական ապատեղեկատվությունն է տարածվել առ այն, թե իբր քաղաքական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները նրա հետ բանակցություններ են վարում՝ համոզելու, որ նա «ինքնուրույն որոշում կայացնի ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի դեմ գործ հարուցելու» վերաբերյալ և այլն:

Նախ՝ այդ լուսանկարի շուրջ կոնսպիրոլոգիական ու քաղաքական պատումներ ստեղծելու որևէ հիմք ու առիթ չկա:

Լուսանկարն արվել է Ծաղկաձորի «Ararat rezort» հյուրանոցում, այլ ոչ թե ինչ-որ ռեստորանում, որտեղ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը գտնվել է՝ հրավիրված լինելով մասնակցելու ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացված՝ ՀՀ քրեական նոր օրենսգրքի նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումներին»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը:

Աբրահամայանը հայտնել է, որ քննարկումներին մասնակցել են ոչ միայն նշված հանձնաժողովի նախագահը և այլ անդամ-պատգամավորներ, նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքային խմբի անդամներ, այլ նաև ներկայացուցիչներ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից, ՀՀ  ՀՔԾ-ից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից, ՀՀ բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդից, ինչպես նաև՝ դատավորներ:
