Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում հատուկ քննարկմանը ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը բարձրացրել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերիների անհապաղ վերադարձի հարցը

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում այսօր կազմակերպվել է օնլայն հատուկ քննարկում Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ, որի ընթացքում Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հանդես է եկել առանձին զեկույցով։ Քննարկումը տեղի է ունեցել Բունդեսթագի մարդու իրավունքների և հումանիտար հարցերով մշտական հանձաժողովի նախագահ Միխայել Բրանդթի և Բունդեսթագի պետիցիոն հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարիան Վենդթի ղեկավարությամբ։  Քննարկմանը մասնակցել է Գերմանիայի 70-ից ավելի պատգամավոր:
 
Պաշտպանը բարձրացրել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայկական կողմի գերիների՝ զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձի հրատապության հարցը: Արման Թաթոյանը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում, քաղաքականացնում են գործընթացը՝ հայ հասարակությանն ու հատկապես գերիների ընտանիքներին հոգեկան տառապանքներ պատճառելու ու երկրում լարվածություն առաջացնելու նպատակով:
 
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է մարդասիրական ու մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտի միջազգային այն կանոնները, որոնք պահանջում են գերիների անհապաղ ազատ արձակում ու անվտանգ վերադարձ: Ընդ որում, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի ու գերիների իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտում է նրանց իբրև «ահաբեկիչներ» ներկայացնելը, քանի որ խոսքը գնում է շարունակվող զինված հակամարտության մասին:
 
Պաշտպանը նաև ներկայացրել է տեղեկություններ պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից կատարված պատերազմական ու մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցանքների (գլխատումներ, խոշտանգումներ, մարմինների անարգանք և այլն) մասին:
 
Արման Թաթոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներին կազմակերպված քննարկման համար:
 
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կարևոր է համարում Գերմանիայում ՀՀ դեսպանության աջակցությունն այս քննարկումը կազմակերպելու հարցում: 
 
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից հավաքագրված ադրբեջանական դաժանությունների ու խոշտանգումների վերաբերյալ ապացույցները Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանը փոխանցել է Գերմանիայում գործող Amnesty international իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությանը։
