Ժամանակը կարճ է քաղաքական դաշտի բոլոր մասնակիցների համար, պետք է գործընթացները արագ, բայց նրբորեն խաղարկել՝ նվազագույնի հասցնելով արտաքին դերակատարների ազդեցությունը ներքաղաքական պրոցեսների վրա։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում նշել է Արցախի նախագահի նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի եւ նրա պետի հայտարարությունը երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի ու ըստ այդմ՝ վարչապետի ու կառավարության պահանջի մասին քննարկվեց, մեկնաբանվեց ամենատարբեր դիտանկյուններից։

Միաժամանակ տարբեր ուժեր փորձում են հանրային պահանջ ձեւավորել՝ ԳՇ-ի եւս մեկ քայլ անելու, պայմանական, զորքերը փողոց հանելու, ընդհուպ՝ գործող կառավարության առանցքային անդամներին եւ անձամբ Փաշինյանին ձերբակալելու/կալանավորելու համար։

Կարծում եմ, որ Զինված ուժերը եւ անձամբ Օնիկ Գասպարյանն այս պահին արել են անհրաժեշտը՝ հրապարակային դիրքորոշում արտահայտել երկրում ստեղծված իրադրության մասին, ինչպես նաեւ՝ իշխանությանը, քաղաքական ուժերին, առհասարակ հանրությանը ազդանշաններ փոխանցել երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, անձեռնամխելիությանը, պետականությանը սպառնացող հրատապ վտանգների մասին։

Ենթադրելի է, որ մինչ այս պահը, զինվորական բարձրագույն հրամանատարությունը առիթներ ունեցել է նույնը՝ առավել համապարփակ զեկույցների միջոցով, փոխանցելու երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարությանը։

Ինքս չբացառելով բանակի երկրորդ քայլի հավանականությունը՝ եթե իրադրությունը կրիտիկականի հասնի, կարծում եմ, որ խաղը քաղաքական ուժերի դաշտում է եւ այն պետք է պատշաճ ձեւով իրացնել։

Երկրում բացառիկ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել՝ բանակը հանդես է գալիս կայունության եւ հնարավորինս անցնցում փոփոխությունների գործընթացի դիրքերից, միաժամանակ ստանձնել է «արբիտրի» դեր եւ ստիպում է իշխանությանը դուրս գալ «բեսպրեդելշչիկի» կարգավիճակից եւ տեղափոխվել օրինականության դաշտում։

Մյուս կողմից, բանակը հորդորում է քաղաքական դաշտի մյուս մասնակիցներին՝ իրավիճակի արդարացի հանգուցալուծմանն ուղղված արագ լուծումներ գտնել, ինչը թույլ կտա հասնելու արմատական փոփոխությունների, իսկ երկրին՝ շարժվելու կայունացման եւ զարգացման ճանապարհով։

Ժամանակը կարճ է քաղաքական դաշտի բոլոր մասնակիցների համար, պետք է գործընթացները արագ, բայց նրբորեն խաղարկել՝ նվազագույնի հասցնելով արտաքին դերակատարների ազդեցությունը ներքաղաքական պրոցեսների վրա»,- գրել է նա։
