Արցախի ազատամարտիկների միության նախագահ, Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-մայոր Սամվել Կարապետյանը Կանանց միջազգային տոնի առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել:

Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ մայրեր և քույրեր, կանայք և աղջիկներ.

Մարտի 8-ի՝ Կանանց միջազգային տոն օրվա առիթով, նախ ես ուզում եմ իմ խոնարհումը բերել Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար մղված մարտերում նահատակված մեր զինակից ընկերների մայրերին ու քույրերին:

Չնայած դժվար է խոսքերով սփոփել նրանց բաժին հասած ցավն ու տառապանքը, բայցևայնպես, իմ խորին համոզմամբ, նրանք մեր համար կան ու մնալու են մեր ազգի այն ընտրյալները, ովքեր Հայրենիքի փրկության զոհասեղանին են դրել ամենաթանկը՝ իրենց զավակների և ամուսինների, հայրերի և եղբայրների կյանքը: Փա՛ռք բոլոր մարտիրոսվածներին…

Միաժամանակ իմ շնորհավորանքներն եմ հղում բոլոր այն կանանց ու աղջիկներին, ովքեր այսօր ծառայում են Հայոց զինված ուժերի շարքերում, ովքեր անցնելով Արցախյան գոյամարտի թոհուբոհով, շարունակում են պատրաստակամ լինել հարկ եղած դեպքում նորից կանգնել Հայրենիքի պաշպանության դիրքերում: Եվ քանի որ շատերը հանդիսանում են մեր Միության անդամներ, ուստի համոզված եմ, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը պատվով կկատարի իրենից կախվածը:

Ավարտելով խոսքս, Միության վարչության բոլոր անդամների և անձամբ իմ անունից կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Մարտի 8-ի տոն օրվա առթիվ և համոզմունք հայտնում, որ ինչպես միշտ, դուք եղել, կաք ու կլինեք հայ կնոջ լավագույն ավանդույթների կրողն ու պահապան»:
