«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարը 2-3 անգամ առիթ ունեցել է ասելու, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածին, ռուսական սահմանապահ զորախմբի տեղակայման վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ի հետ պայմանավորվածություն կա։

Ինչ խոսք, դրա անհրաժեշտությունը կա։

Բայց ոչ պաշտպանության նախարարը, ոչ կառավարության որևէ պաշտոնյա չի պարզաբանում, թե ինչ պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա և ինչ նպատակով են ՌԴ զինծառայողները մի քանի օր առաջ մեկնել Տավուշ։

Ի վերջո, ի՞նչ նոր սպառնալիք, մարտահրավեր է առաջացել, որ ռուսական կողմն արագ զորախումբ է տեղակայել Տավուշում։

Ի դեպ, դեռ պարզ չէ, թե ինչ բնույթի ծառայություն են կրելու ռուս զինծառայողները, նրանց ներկայությունը կարճաժամկե՞տ, թե՞ երկարաժամկետ բնույթ է կրում։

Հարցն այն չէ, որ ռուսական զորախմբի ներկայությունը որևէ կարգի խնդիր է հարուցում, այլ այն, որ մտավախություն կա՝ իշխանությունը կրկին գաղտնի գործարքների մեջ է և դեռ պարզ չի, թե այս անգամ ինչ գին կվճարի Հայաստանի քաղաքացին։

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի երկկողմ, բազմակողմ համաձայնագրերը երկու երկրներին հնարավորություն են տալիս ամենախորը մակարդակով ռազմական համագործակցություն ծավալել, բայց պետք է մեր հանրությունը այդ մասին իմանա պաշտոնական շրջանակներից, այլ ոչ թե ռուս զինծառայողներին Տավուշի տարբեր բնակավայրերում հարցուփորձից։

Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ն, իշխանական տարբեր պաշտոնական խողովակներ սիրում են «հերքման շքերթներ» կազմակերպել, սակայն ռուս զինծառայողների Տավուշում գտնվելու հանգամանքը մի քանի օր է շրջանառվում է, նույնիսկ լուսանկարներ կան ցանցում, տեղակայման վայրեր են նշվում, բայց իշխանությունը շարունակում է լռել/թաքցնել»։
