«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ԶՈւ պատրաստության գլխավոր վարչության պետ-զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը՝ չհեռանալու մասին։

Կայքի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ-ում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԶՈւ պատրաստության գլխավոր վարչության պետ-զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին որոշում է կայացվել։ Ընդ որում՝ քրեական գործն առնչվում է Արցախյան երրորդ՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմին։ Նշենք, որ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանին քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցը բարձրաձայնվել է ամիսներ շարունակ՝ պատերազմում անհետ կորած Էջմիածնի զորամասի զինծառայողների ծնողների կողմից, որոնք հայտարարում էին, որ իրենց որդիները զոհվել կամ անհետ կորել են Անդրանիկ Մակարյանի անփութության հետևանքով։ Քրեական գործով Անդրանիկ Մակարյանից բացի որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել նաև զորամասի հրամանատարը։

Մակարյանը քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին, սակայն, «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով, քննիչի կողմից նրա լիազորությունները կասեցնելու մասին որոշում դեռևս չի կայացվել։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նախաքննական մարմնին չի անհանգստացրել, որ նա, շարունակելով մնալ ծառայության մեջ, կարող է ազդել իրեն ենթակա զինծառայողների վրա, ոչնչացնել ապացույցներ՝ այդպիսով խոչընդոտելով զինվորների մահվան հանգամանքների լիարժեք քննությանը։

«Արձանագրենք, որ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանն այն չորս զինվորականներից մեկն է, որը չի միացել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի և մյուս զինվորականների հայտարարությանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով։ Ավելին, Մակարյանի անունը շոշափվում է նաև ԳՇ պետի պաշտոնի համար հավանական թեկնածուների ցանկում»,- գրում է կայքը։
