Արմեն Սարգսյանը վարվեց ինչպես Պիղատոսը. սա դառը իրականություն է, այն ինչ նա կարող էր իրականացնել ընդամենը մեկ օր առաջ և վկայակոչելով Օնիկ Գասպարյանին աշխատանքից ազատելու ապօրինի առաջարկը ՍԴ վիճարկելով, նա փորձեց  ձեռքերը լվանալ և հիմա ամպագոռգոռ հայտարարություններ է անում, որ դիմելու է ՍԴ օրենքի դրույթը վիճարկելու համար և վկայակոչված է որպես առկա խոչընդոտներից մեկը ՝ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու հարցը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 10-ին, Դեմիրճյան փողոցում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

«Անշուշտ իրավական տեսակետից սա ընթացք ունեցող գործողություն է, բայց այս լարված իրավիճակում այն հանգուցալուծում տալ չի կարող, որովհետև այս դիմումը դեռ ՍԴ–ն աշխատակարգային քննարկման պետք է ենթարկի, պետք է նաեւ պահովման միջոց կիրառվի, օրինակ, օրենքի դրույթը կասեցնելու տեսքով եւ այլն: Բայց այն, ինչ ստեղծել է Արմեն Սարգսյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ միասին, հանրությանը եւ պետությանը տանում է բացահայտ առանց արգելքի անկման»,-ասաց նա:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանի խոսքով, Գլխավոր շտաբը եւ նրա պետը միակ լեգիտիմ ինստիտուտն է, որը երաշխավորում է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու պաշտպանությունը. «Գլխավոր շտաբը, շտաբի պետը, բարձրագույն հրամանատարական կազմը, կորպուսի հրամանատարները իրենց հայտարարությանը տեր լինելով չեն կարող Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը ստորադասել մի անձի քմահաճույքին: Այլ կերպ ասած, նրանք պետք է մնան իրենց դիրքերում եւ կարողանան խնդրի հանգուցալուծումը տեղափոխել քաղաքակիրթ ճանապարհ: Լուծման ճանապարհը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականն է: Իրավական եւ քաղաքական բոլոր գործընթացներն ածանցվում են երկրի անվտանգության հարցից: Երկի անվտանգությունը պահանջում է ԳՇ պետի եւ մնացած կազմի անխոչընդոտ աշխատանքը: Հետեւաբար առանց ցնցման, առանց արյունահեղության խնդրի լուծման ճանապարհը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականն է եւ դրա հիման առաջիկայում երկխոսություն սկսելը»,-ասաց նա:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ընդգծեց, որ ճանապարհ ունի նաեւ ԱԺ-ն, որը կարող է հանել ռազմական դրությունը, պաշտոնանկ անել վարչապետին, եւ երկխոսություն սկսել քաղաքական ուժերի ու ժողովրդի հետ:
