«Ըստ իրանական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի՝ Հնդկաստանն Իրանում իր դեսպանի շուրթերով հայտարարել է, որ իրանական Չաբահար նավահանգստի միջոցով ստեղծվելիք Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային միջանցքում, որը պետք է կապի Եվրասիան և Սկանդինավիան Հնդկական օվկիանոսի հետ, ներառել Հայաստանը։
Որպեսզի պատկերացնեք, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը, իրանական Չաբահար նավահանգիստն Իրանի այն բացառիկ տարածքն է, որի վրա չի տարածվում նույնիսկ ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների մի մասը, քանի որ դրա միջոցով է իրականացվում նաև Աֆղանստանի սնուցումը, ինչը բխում է Վաշինգտոնի շահերից։
Իր հերթին Հնդկաստանը զգալի ներդրումներ է անում այդ նավահանգստում՝ նաև մրցակցությունից դուրս թողնելու համար Չաբահարից մոտ 70կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող թշնամական Պակիստանի Գվադար նավահանգիստը և կտրելով Աֆղանստանն ու Կենտրոնական Ասիան Հնդկական օվկիանոսի հետ կապող պակիստանյան ուղին՝ տրասնպորտային առումով մեկուսացնելու Իսլամաբադին։
Եթե Հնդկաստանի դեսպանի խոսքերն իրանական լրատվամիջոցը ճիշտ է փոխանցել, ապա պաշտոնական Դելիի մոտեցումներում տեղի է ունեցել լրջագույն փոփոխություն։ Բանն այն է, որ վերոնշյալ միջանցքը պետք է անցներ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով, մինչդեռ այժմ հատուկ շեշտվում է Հայաստանը։
Ի՞նչը կարող էր պատճառ դառնալ նման կտրուկ շրջադարձի։ Ամենաակներև պատասխանը թաքնված է Ադրբեջան-Պակիստան հարաբերություններում, որոնք թուրքական «կնքահայրությամբ» հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ստացել են գրեթե դաշնակցային բնույթ, ուստի Հնդկաստանը կարծես առաջնորդվում է «իմ թշնամու բարեկամը, առնվազն իմ բարեկամը չէ» տրամաբանական սկզբունքով՝ փորձելով այս համատեքստում հայացքը սևեռել Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ։
