Ժամանակ կար՝ Նիկոլն ասում էր՝«քննիչը, որ գործն անում են, տանում են դատարան, դատարանը ջուրն է գցում» ու լռում էր այն մասին, որ այդ ջուրը սարքվում էր իր ու իր օգնական/խորհրդականի աշխատասենյակում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է փաստաբան Միհրան Պողոսյանը:

«Երեկ 168.am կայքով տարածված տեսանյութը եկավ ապացուցելու, որ ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգում ստեղծվել ու գործում է հանցավոր համագործակցություն՝ բառիս ամենաքրեաիրավական իմաստով։ 

Եթե կարծում եք, որ Աննա Վարդապետյանը կամ քննիչ Արթուր Այվազյանը ինքնուրույն են այդ բանդան ստեղծել կամ բացառիկ դեպքեր են, ապա չարաչար սխալվում եք, քանի որ քրեական օրենսգրքով զինված էս բանդայի անդամները գործում են ողջ «իրավապահ» համակարգում, իսկ նման բանդա ստեղծելու որոշումը կայացվել է հենց Նիկոլի աշխատասենյակում, դա է պատճառը, որ մինչ այժմ հարուցված քրեական գործ ու ձերբակալված անձինք չկան (իրենք իրենց ձերբակալելը մի քիչ բարդ ընթացակարգ ունի)։

Ո՛չ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, ո՛չ էլ որևէ քննիչ/դատախազ չունեն այն «քաշը», ինչի արդյունքում ողջ քրեաիրավական համակարգին կարողանան հրահանգներ իջեցնել։

Բանաձևը հետևյալն է՝ Նիկոլը հրահանգում է՝ այսուհետ բոլոր գործերով բոլոր գործողությունները համաձայնեցնում եք X-ի հետ, X-ը այսօրվանից Աննան է, նա է այս պահին պատրաստ գլխավոր ստրուկի դերին, ու այդ օրվանից Աննան ունենում է իր սեփական ստրուկները՝ ի դեմս ողջ «իրավապահ» համակարգի, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր ստրուկ երազում է ոչ թե ազատության, այլ սեփական ստրուկներ ունենալու մասին...

Հ.Գ. «Աննա» անունը նիկոլի վրա չի գալիս ու չեմ զարմանա, եթե այժմ էլ քրեական գործ հարուցեն Աննա Վարդապետյանի ու «քննիչ» Արթուր Այվազյանի անձնական կյանքի միջամտության դեպքի առթիվ, դե սովոր են, որ դատավորին հրահանգ տալը դա հրահանգ տվողի անձնական կյանքի մի մասն է»,- գրել է Պողոսյանը:
