Այս խայտառակության վերաբերյալ քննության փոխարեն ԱԱԾ-ին հանձնարարելու են պարզել, թե ով է կոտրել քննիչի էլեկտրոնային փոստը ու ով է հանդգնել բացահայտել ու հանրության առաջ դրել ժողիշխանության ողջ պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանն՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խորհրդականի՝ քննիչին հնարավոր ցուցում տալու վերաբերյալ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հրապարակմանը։

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է․

«Երեկվա բացահայտումից հետո, երբ արդեն փաստերով պարզվեց, որ վարչապետի օգնականն է իրականացնում նախաքննական մարմինների «դատավարական ղեկավարումը», անշուշտ վարչապետը, նրա օգնականը, Քննչական կոմիտեի ողջ ղեկավարությունը հրաժարական չտվեցին, ՀՔԾ-ում ակնհայտ հանցագործության մասին վկայող փաստերի առկայության պարագայում քրեական գործ չհարուցվեց, չեն իրականացվել խուզարկություններ, չկան ձերբակալված անձինք։

Այո, Հայաստանը նորմալ պետություն չի, կարելի է ասել պետություն էլ չի, այստեղ այս ամենը կարող է հանգիստ մարսվել, այստեղ հանցավոր արարքներ կատարած մարդկանց մի խումբ կարող է հանգիստ շարունակել ապրել ու հանցագործ անվանել մեկ այլ խմբի։

Իսկ ես ձեզ ասեմ ավելին։ Գիտե՞ք ինչ է լինելու։ Այս խայտառակության վերաբերյալ քննության փոխարեն ԱԱԾ-ին հանձնարարելու են պարզել, թե ով է կոտրել քննիչի էլեկտրոնային փոստը ու ով է հանդգնել բացահայտել ու հանրության առաջ դրել ժողիշխանության ողջ պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը։ Հետո կգտնեն ինչ-որ հերթական VPN, կսկսեն հերթական ֆեյք-վհուկի որսը։ Իսկ վերջում կոտրողները կկոտրեն նաեւ ԱԱԾ էլեկտրոնային փոստն ու էլի կգտնեն ապօրինի գրագրություն վարչապետի օգնականի հետ։ Ու դրան եւս չի հետեւի վարչապետի, նրա օգնականի ու նրանց ստրուկներից որեւէ մեկի հրաժարականը»։
