ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քրեագիտական վարչությունում հրամանատարի կողմից մարտադաշտն ինքնակամ լքելու և հրամանը չկատարելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են քննության համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«Մասնավորապես՝ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Ի.Վահանյանը, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ պատերազմի և 2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հայտարարված ռազմական դրության ժամանակ զբաղեցնելով ԱՀ պաշտպանության բանակի զորամասերից մեկի ուսումնական գումարտակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով իր ենթակա անձնակազմի պետը, մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում չի կատարել իր անմիջական պետի հրամանը, ինչպես նաև ինքնակամ լքել է մարտադաշտը, որի արդյունքում զորամասի ուսումնական գումարտակի անձնակազմից զոհվել, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել և գերեվարվել պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ՝ այդ կերպ առաջացնելով ծանր հետևանքներ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ հրամանատար Ի.Վահանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 356-րդ հոդվածի (հրամանը չկատարելը) 3-րդ մասով և 380-րդ հոդվածի (մարտադաշտն ինքնակամ լքելը կամ զենքով գործելուց հրաժարվելը) 1-ին մասով:

Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը, և վերջինս տեղափոխվել ՀՀ ԱՆ համապատասխան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
