ՀՀ ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Սամսոնյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարություն է տարածել․
 
«Այսօր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամի կողմից հրապարակային վիրավորանք է հասցվել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին։ Որևէ մեկը՝ անկախ իր դիրքից և զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից իրավունք չունի անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել ՄԻՊ նկատմամբ։ Դա արգելված է օրենքով և տվյալ անձը կարող է ենթարկվել քրեական պատասխանատվության։
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքի 10-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ կետը սահմանում է․ Պաշտպանին Սահմանադրությամբ և սույն օրենքով վերապահված լիազորությունների իրականացմանը ցանկացած ձևով խոչընդոտելը, ինչպես նաև Պաշտպանին սպառնալը կամ նրան վիրավորանք հասցնելը կամ նրա նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելն առաջացնում են քրեական պատասխանատվություն։
ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի Հոդված 332.2-ի համաձայն Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին, կապված նրա լիազորությունների իրականացման հետ, սպառնալը կամ նրան վիրավորանք հասցնելը կամ նրա նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելը՝
պատժվում է տուգանքով` նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով` երկուսից երեք ամիս ժամկետով:
Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտի նկատմամբ այսպիսի վերաբերմունքը պետք է արժանանա հրապարակային խիստ դատապարտման թե՛ հանրության և թե՛ իշխանության կողմից։ Նման վարքագիծը պետք է բացառվի, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր լինելով հանրային պաշտոնյա, ողջունում են ՄԻՊ նկատմամբ հասցված վիրավորանքը և հավանության արժանացնում, պետք է զրկվեն հանրային պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու հնարավորությունից»։

Այսօր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամի կողմից հրապարակային վիրավորանք է հասցվել Մարդու իրավունքների...
