Հրաժեշտի իմ ուղերձը ես կհրապարակեմ ավելի ուշ,մինչ այդ բոլորին խնդրում եմ խուսափել որևէ շահարկումներից: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջումգրել է Լիտվայում, Լատվիայում և Էստոնիայում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը:

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, բարեկամներ և ընկերներ

Շուրջ հինգ տարվա մեր դիվանագիտական ծառայությունը բալթյան երկրներում մոտեցավ իր տրամաբանական ավարտին։ Առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում (մինչ ապրիլի 15) մենք կունենանք հրաժեշտի հանդիպումներ Լիտվայում, Լատվիայում և Էստոնիայում` այս երկրների պաշտոնյաների և այստեղ ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների հետ։ Միաժամանակ արդեն ավարտական փուլում գտնվող երկու ծրագրեր (Նարեկացու "Մատյանի" երկրորդ, ընդլայնված, նկարազարդ, հրատարակությունը լիտվերեն ուղեկցվող աուդիո գրքով (երեք հայտնի դերասանների ընթերցմամբ) և Թումանյանի հեքիաթների էստոներեն թարգմանությունը) կներկայացվեն որպես մեր վերջին նախաձեռնություններ։

Կովիդով պայմանավորված սահմանափակումների պատճառով ամենայն հավանականությամբ կչեղարկվեն Ապրիլի 17 -ին Լիտվայի Կաունաս քաղաքի ֆիլհարմոնիայում նախատեսված Տիգրան Մանսուրյանի «Ռեքվիեմի» և Կոմիտասի Պատարագի որոշ հատվածներից բաղկացած համերգը, ինչպես նաև ապրիլի 25 ին Տալինի Նիգուլիստե եկեղեցում Էստոնիայի պետական արական երգչախմբի` Սոնա Հովհաննիսյանի ղեկավարությամբ Կոմիտասի Պատարագի ամբողջական համերգային կատարումը։ Նույն պատճառով երկու անգամ հետաձգվեց և չեղարկվեց նաև Ֆրանց Վերֆելի "Մուսա լեռան 40 օրը" վեպի լատվիերեն թարգմանության շնորհանդեսը Լատվիայի Ազգային գրադարանում (որը Լատվիայում Ավստրիայի դեսպանության հետ էինք իրականացնելու)։ Բոլոր այդ երեք միջոցառումներն (Լիտվայում, Լատվիայում և Էստոնիայում) իհարկե պետք է նվիրված լինեին Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին։

Հրաժեշտի իմ ուղերձը ես կհրապարակեմ ավելի ուշ։ Մինչ այդ բոլորին խնդրում եմ խուսափել որևէ շահարկումներից։ Դիվանագիտական աշխատանքը ծառայություն է։ Ցանկացած առաքելություն ունի իր սկիզբը և ավարտը։ Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն արտահայտել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր բարձր են գնահատում մեր կատարած աշխատանքը և ձեռքբերումները` ուղղված բալթյան երկրների հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների էլ ավելի խորացմանը և Հայաստանի շահերի պաշտպանությանը։ Երախտիքի խոսքեր եմ ուղղում բոլոր մեր աջակիցներին, մեր համայնքների ղեկավարներին։ Նորանշանակ դեսպան Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանին մաղթում եմ ամենայն բարիք և նորանոր հաջողություններ իր առաքելության ընթացքում։
