 Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ընթացքում զոհվել է 15 զինվորական բժիշկ և 1 կամավորագրված բժիշկ, ինչպես նաև մոտ 60 բուժակ և սանհրահանգիչ։  Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մարտի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ ԶՈւ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Սահակ Օհանյանը։

«Մեր վերլուծությունները և օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները փաստում էին, որ  հակառակորդը բացառապես աշխատում էր բժշկական անձնակազմի վրա։ Շատ կադրեր էին շրջանառվում համացանցում, երբ հակառակորդը խոցում էր սանիտարական տրանսպորտը, որի մեջ տեղափոխվում էին վիրավորներ։ Նաև ունենք կադրեր, երբ մեր առանձին բժշկական ջոկատներից մեկը ավիահարվածի է ենթարկվում։ Այդ ամենը խոսում է այն մասին, որ պատերազմի ժամանակ ընդունված կանոնները հակառակորդի կողմից բազմիցս խախտվել են»,- ասաց Օհանյանը։

ՀՀ ԶՈւ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության պետը բարձր է գնահատում պատերազմի ընթացքում ռազմաբժիշկների կատարած աշխատանքը։

 «Բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ եթե զինվորի բժշկական ապահովումը չկարողանայինք կազմակերպեինք, շատ ավելի մեծ քանակի կորոսւտներ կունենայինք։ Փաստեմ, որ կրտսեր և միջին բժշկական անձակազմի մեր գործընկերները շատ բարձր մակարդակի վրա կատարեցին իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները»,- եզրափակեց Օհանյանը։
