Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Սաղաթելյանի պաշտպաններից Միհրան Պողոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը որոշել է բողոքարկել Սաղաթելյանին կալանքից ազատելու դատարանի որոշումը:

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը որոշել է շարունակել Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Սաղաթելյանի մասով ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյանի» էպոպեան՝ բողոքարկելով Արա Սաղաթելյանի կալանքը վերացնելու մասին վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի որոշումը։ Նշված բողոքը որքանով սպասելի էր Արա Սաղաթելյանի փաստաբանական թիմի համար, այնքան էլ անհասկանալի իրավունքի և օրենքի տեսանկյունից։

Անհասկանալի էր, քանի որ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի հիմնավոր և պատճառաբանվածության բարձր աստիճան ունեցող դատական ակտը բավարար էր բացահայտելու սույն քրեական գործով ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության իրականացված անհեթեթ և VPN-ի ու IP-ի վերաբերյալ տարրական պատկերացում չունեցող գործի քննությունը։

Սակայն սպասելի էր, քանի որ վերջին երեք տարվա ընթացքում որևէ հնչեղ քրեական գործով անձի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդելու հարուցելու, նրան ամեն գնով կալանավորելու քննչական մարմինների և դատախազության ձգտումները որևէ կերպ պայմանավորված չեն օրենքով կամ քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով, այլ բացառապես իշխող քաղաքական ուժի և նրա ղեկավարի՝ այդ անձի նկատմամբ ունեցած վերաբերմունքով։

Իսկ Արա Սաղաթելյանի կողմից վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների հանդեպ հնչեցրած խիստ, բայց միանշանակ արդարացի քննադատությանը որևէ այլընտրանք չեն թողնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և դատախազության համար, քան շարունակել ամեն գնով Արա Սաղաթելյանին ազատությունից զրկելու փորձերը։

Հ.Գ. Իսկ որոշ պաշտոնատար անձինք դեռ շարունակում են պնդել, թե իբր «օգտագործՎող չեն, օգտագործող են»:

Արա Սաղաթելյանի՝ Փաշինյանի հանդեպ հնչեցրած խիստ, բայց միանշանակ արդարացի քննադատությանը որևէ այլընտրանք չեն թողնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և դատախազության համար, քան շարունակել ամեն գնով Արա Սաղաթելյանին ազատությունից զրկելու փորձերը»:
