Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, նախագահությամբ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի (Շենգավիթի նստավայր), մարտի 30-ին ՀՀ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործող մեղադրող դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը միջնորդել է հետաձգել դատական նիստը: Դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանի կողմից ստացվել է հետևյալ դիմումը.

«Մարտի 29-ի երեկոյան հրապարակվել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի և դիմումների հիման վրա ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-րդ հոդվածի սահմանադրության համապատասխանության հարցը որոշելու վերաբերյալ գործով դատական ակտը:  Նկատի ունենալով, որ առկա է նշված որոշման հիման վրա դատարանի կողմից կիրառման ենթակա ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի նորմի սահմանադրության համապատասխանության խնդիր և այդ կապակցությամբ դատարան ներկայացնելու համար նախապատրաստվում է ծավալուն միջնորդություն, որը մինչև դատական նիստը կազմել հնարավոր չէ, խնդրում եմ նշանակված դատական նիստը հետաձգել և նշանակել ըստ նախապես որոշված ժամանակացույցի 2021 ապրիլի 6-ին»:

Դատական նիստին ներկա չէ նաև պաշտպան Կարեն Մեժլումյանը, դատարանը հայտարարեց ընդմիջում` մինչև պաշտպան Մեժլումյանի ներկայանալը:
