«Հունվարի համար կառավարությունը չի կատարել իր հանձնառությունը և չի վճարել սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների գազի վարձավճարների 50 տոկոսը: 

Սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բնակիչների օգտագործած գազի վարձավճարների կեսը օրենքով պետությունն է վճարում սահմանված չափաքանակով։ Հունվար ամսվա համար պետությունն իր հանձնառությունը չի կատարել, և բնակիչն է վճարել (տվյալ ամսվա ամբողջ չափով)։ Այդ խնդրով դիմել եմ կառավարության ղեկավարին՝ առաջարկելով հունվար ամսվա` պետության չկատարած վճարումները իրականացնել հաջորդ ամիսներին` այդպիսով թեթևացնելով սահմանամերձ բնակիչների՝ առանց այն էլ ծանրացած հոգսերի մի փոքր մասը»:

Սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բնակիչների օգտագործած գազի վարձավճարների կեսը օրենքով պետությունն է վճարում սահմանված...
