ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանի ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջեւ սեւ կատու է անցել։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նրանց հարաբերություններում լարվածություն է նկատվում, որն ավելի է սրվել Փաշինյանի օգնական Վարդապետյանին վերաբերող գործի պատճառով։

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք՝ մամուլին հասանելի էր դարձել աղմկահարույց մի տեսանյութ, որով ապացուցվում է, որ նշված գործով Փաշինյանի օգնական Աննա Վարդապետյանի հետ համաձայնեցվել են մեղադրանքի որոշումները, ավելին՝ նա իրեն իրավունք է վերապահել խմբագրել ու ցուցումներ տալ քննիչին, թե ինչ մեղադրանք առաջադրի Հայրապետյաններին։ Քրեական գործով Ռ.Հայրապետյանի փաստաբանը ներկայացրել էր հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում, որը դատախազությունն ուղարկել էր ԱԱԾ։

«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրենը հանձնարարել էր քրեական գործ հարուցել Փաշինյանի օգնականի կողմից քննությանն ապօրինի միջամտելու դեպքի առթիվ՝ ապացույցների խիստ ակներեւ լինելու պատճառով։ Սա ամենեւին չի նշանակում, թե նա մտադիր էր մեղադրանք առաջադրել Աննա Վարդապետյանին, այլ կարծում էր, որ այդպես հնարավոր կլինի մեղմել աղմուկը, սակայն այդ մասին իմանալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խիստ բարկացել է։ Ավելին, նրան դուր չի եկել նաեւ, որ ԱԱԾ-ն բացատրություն է վերցրել իր օգնականից ու քրեական գործի հարուցումը դիտարկել է որպես դավադրություն՝ հանձնարերով չեղյալ համարել գործի հարուցումը։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ հենց դա է եղել պատճառը, որ Փաշինյանը որոշել է փոխել ԱԱԾ տնօրենին՝ մտավախություն ունենալով, որ Աբազյանն սկսել է սեփական խաղը խաղալ։

Նշենք, որ այսօր հերթական սկանդալային ձայնագրությունն է հայտնվել համացանցում, որը կրկին վերաբերում է Փաշինյանի օգնականին եւ ապացուցում,ո որ քրեական գործերով դատավարական «վերահսկողություն» ՀՀ-ում իրականացնում է ոչ թե դատախազությունը, այլ՝ Փաշինյանի օգնական Աննա Վարդապետյանը։ Համաձայն ձայնագրության՝ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների բաժնի պետ Արմեն Մարգարյանի տեղակալ Արման Աբրահամյանը ձայնային հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել նախկին պաշտոնյաների գործերը քննող քննիչներին՝ նրանց տեղեկացնելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խորհրդական Աննա Վարդապետյանը կրկին գնալու է քննչական մարմին։

«Բարի լույս, բոլորին. մի րոպե ուշադրություն։

Էն գործերով, որով վարչապետի խորհրդական Աննան էն անգամ եկել էր ստեղ ու քննարկումներ ա եղել, երեքշաբթի նորից քննարկում ա լինելու, ինքը գալու ա՝ ժամը 10-ին։ Ու նենց չլինի, որ էդ գործերով հանկարծ որևէ բան արված չլինի»,-ասում է ՔԿ ծանր հանցագործությունների բաժնի պետի տեղակալը։
