«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը, առանց ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների մասնակցության, օրերս «ճեպընթաց» ռեժիմով փոփոխություն կատարեց Ընտրական օրենսգրքում: Ավելի ստույգ, վերացվեց ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը և ուրիշ ոչինչ:

Այս հանգամանքը, որ միայն ռեյտինգայինն է հանվել, զայրացրել ու հիասթափեցրել է քաղաքական որոշ ուժերի: Խոսքը հիմնականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կից փոքր միավորների մասին է: Բանն այն է, որ այդ կուսակցությունները նույնիսկ տեսական շանս չունեն հաղթահարելու 5 տոկոսի արգելքը, գումարած՝ չունեն վարկանիշային ընտրակարգով առաջադրելու թեկնածուներ:

Ուստի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այդ կուսակցություններին խոստացել էր նվազեցնել նաև անցողիկ շեմը՝ դարձնելով 4 կամ նույնիսկ 3 տոկոս՝ փոխարենն ակնկալելով, որ նրանք ակտիվ քարոզչություն են իրականացնելու ռեյտինգայինի վերացման օգտին՝ աջակցելով իշխանություններին:

Մերձփաշինյանական այդ միավորներն իրենց բաժին գործն ակտիվորեն կատարեցին, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխեց միայն ընտրակարգը, ինչը իրեն էր ձեռնտու, անցողիկ շեմը թողնելով նույնը: Ըստ էության, այդ միավորները գտնում են, որ Փաշինյանը «գցել» է իրենց:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, երբ նրան փոխանցել են «գցվածների» դժգոհությունը, Փաշինյանն ասել է՝ թող խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը առաջարկ ներկայացնի, կնայենք: Այսինքն, փաստացի թեման իրենից հեռացնում է դեպի ընդդիմություն, այնինչ, հենց ինքն է խոստացել, որ անցողիկ շեմը նվազեցնելու փոփոխություն են անելու»:
