ՀՀ ՏԿԵ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր տեսակապով հանդիպում է ունեցել գերմանական զարգացման բանկի (KfW) Արևելյան Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Օլաֆ Զիմելկայի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՏԿԵ նախարարությունից:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցման ծրագրի շինարարության մրցութային գործընթացին առնչվող քայլերի և գործողությունների հաջորդականությունը։ Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև հողերի ձեռքբերման և վերաբնակեցման գործողությունների պլանին, պլանի շրջանակում նոր գյուղի նախագծման մրցութային գործընթացի ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին։

Նախարար Պապիկյանը կառուցողական և արդյունավետ է որակել համատեղ ղեկավար խմբի աշխատանքները, որոնց շնորհիվ վերացվել են ծրագրի ընթացքում արձանագրված խոչընդոտները։ Նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ համագործակցության առկա տեմպի պահպանման դեպքում ջրամբարի կառուցման ծրագիրը կտեղափոխվի շինարարության փուլ։

Օլաֆ Զիմելկան իր հերթին բարձր է գնահատել հատկապես վերջին ամիսների համատեղ թիմային աշխատանքը՝ Կապսի ջրամբարի շինարարությունը նախապատրաստելու ուղղությամբ՝ ընգծելով, որ ծրագրի ամենաբարդ և վճռորոշ փուլի՝ մրցութային գործընթացների վերջնականացման ուղղությամբ երկուստեք հաջողված աշխատանքները կլինեն շարունակական։
