Սոթքի հանքը շահագործող «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ գոլդ» ընկերությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով աշխատակիցների գործադուլին, որոնք այսօր առավոտյան փակել էին հանք տանող ճանապարհը եւ պահանջում էին վճարել իրենց աշխատավարձը:

Պարզաբանումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Ընկերության ղեկավարությունը հանդիպում է անցկացրել գործադուլավորների հետ և առաջարկել է գործադուլը դադարեցնել, վերադառնալ աշխատանքի և ընկերության տնտեսական և վարչական հնարավորությունների շրջանակում քննարկել նրանց բողոքն ու պահանջը: Սակայն աշխատակիցները չհամաձայնվելով փոխզիջմանը,  ղեկավարությանը վերջնագիր ներկայացրեցին` ֆիքսել աշխատավարձերը (Net) 500,000 դրամի չափով անկախ  աշխատանքի ծավալներից։

Հարկ է նշել, որ ընկերության կանոնակարգի համաձայն կիրառվում է մասնակի բոնուսային համակարգ։  Վարորդը, ֆիքսված աշխատավարձից բացի, բոնուսը  ստանում է ըստ իրականացված փոխադրումների ծավալի՝   (տոննա / կիլոմետր) հարաբերակցությամբ: Այս կապակցությամբ ընկերությունն անհրաժեշտ է համարում տրամադրել իր բացատրությունները.

1. Գործատուի կողմից չորս ամիս աշխատավարձերը չվճարելու վերաբերյալ աշխատողների բողոքները հիմնավորված չեն: Ընկերությունն աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի վճարման  պարտք  չունի:

2. Յուրաքանչյուր աշխատող ֆիքսված աշխատավարձին գումարած ստանում է գործարքային-բոնուսային աշխատավարձ՝ փաստացի իրականացված ծավալներին համապատասխան։

Ընկերության ղեկավարությունը կոչ է անում դադարեցնել չարտոնված գործադուլը և կառուցողական երկխոսության շրջանակներում քննարկել իրավիճակի կարգավորման ուղիները:

Հետագա պարապուրդի դեպքում, արտադրության կաթվածի պատճառով ընկերությունը ստիպված կլինի դադարեցնել արտադրական գործունեությունը Սոթքում և Արարատի ֆաբրիկայում և ամբողջ աշխատակազմին ուղարկել չվճարվող պարապուրդի:

Սոթքի հանքի վարորդների գործողությունները չեն համապատասխանում ՀՀ օրենսդրության պահանջներին և էական վնաս են հասցնում ընկերության արտադրական գործընթացին, ստրատեգիական գործընկեր-փոխադրող «Հարավ-կովկասյան երկաթուղուն», որը Սոթքից հանքաքարը տեղափոխում է Արարատ, աշխատողներին, տեղի համայնքներին և ՀՀ պետական բյուջեին:

Ընկերության ղեկավարությունը նախազգուշացնում է, որ ապօրինի գործադուլի նախաձեռնողները պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսդրության, աշխատանքային պայմանագրերի, և այլ նորմատիվ ակտերի շրջանակում»:
