ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանը հավատացած է, որ կառավարության աջակցության ծրագրերի շնորհիվ է, որ 2020-ին մակրոտնտեսական շատ մեծ խնդիրներ չեն առաջացել, իսկ այս տարի նա արդեն տնտեսության արագ տեմպերով վերականգնում է նկատում: Պապոյանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ԱԺ ճեպազրույցներում:

«Կորոնավիրուսին և պատերազմին զուգընթաց տնտեսությունն ունեցել է ընդամենը 7.5 տոկոս անկում: Ընդ որում, առանձին ամիսների՝ հատկապես դեկտեմբերին, մենք նկատում էինք դրական դինամիկա: Կորոնավիրուսը մեզ համար ոչ միայն մարտահրավեր է եղել, այլ նաև տնտեսության առանձին ճյուղերի համար՝ հնարավորություն»,- ասաց Պապոյանն ու հիշեցրեց, որ առանձին ճյուղերում արձանագրվել են բավականին լավ ցուցանիշներ:

Նա նշեց, որ հագուստի արտադրությունը նախորդ տարի աճել է 4.3 տոկոսով, քիմիական նյութերի և քիմիական արտադրատեսակների արտադրությունը՝ 23.6 տոկոսով, պատրաստի մետաղական արտադրատեսակներինը՝ 20.6 տոկոսով և այլն:

«Մի շարք ոլորտներում ունեցել ենք արտահանման աճ, որը էլի կորոնավիրուսի ստեղծած հնարավորություններից օգտվելու հետևանք է: Մասնավորապես, կենդանական ծագման արտադրանքի արտահանումն աճել է ավելի քան 50 տոկոսով, բուսական ծագման արտադրանքի արտահանումն աճել է ավելի քան 27 տոկոսով, հանքահումքային արտադրատեսակների դեպքում ունենք ավելի քան 11 տոկոս աճ և այլն»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Նա նշեց, որ կառավարությունը 2020-ին ավելի քան 200 մլրդ դրամի տարբեր տեսակի աջակցության ծրագրեր է իրականացրել թե ֆիզիկական անձանց և թե կազմակերպությունների, բիզնեսի համար: «Եվ այդ աջակցության ծրագրերի շնորհիվ է, որ Հայաստանում, ըստ էության, մեծ հաշվով չենք ունեցել մակրոտնտեսական խնդիրներ, և պահպանվել է մակրոտնտեսական կայունությունը»,- ասաց Պապոյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ այս տարվա հունվար-փետրվարին հարկային մուտքերը նախորդ տարիների համեմատ ավելացել են, դրանք պլանավորվածից ավելի են 8 տոկոսով: «Նույնիսկ 2019-ի համեմատ ունենք բավականին լավ ցուցանիշ: Սա նույնպես ցույց է տալիս, որ տնտեսությունն արագ տեմպերով վերականգնվում է, և մենք կանխատեսում ենք մարտ ամսից սկսած կայուն տնտեսական աճ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
