«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ԵԽԽՎ-ում ելույթ է ունեցել, որում, մասնավորապես, ասել է. 
 
«Այսօր մենք շատ կարևոր զեկույց ենք քննարկում՝ մեր կառույցի գերակայությունները և ռազմավարությունը:
 
Այն, որ վերջին տարիներին Եվրոպայի Խորհուրդը և մեր Վեհաժողովը շատ տարօրինակ տրանսֆորմացիաներ են ապրում իրենց գերակայությունները նախանշելիս, դա փաստ է:
 
Ինձ համար առնվազն տարակուսելի է, որ Եվրոպայի Խորհուրդը, որը, կարծես թե վերածվել է հակառուսական ակումբի, իր բոլոր վերջին օրակարգերում թիվ մեկ թեմա է ընտրում ռուս ընդդիմադիր Ալեքսի Նավալնու հարցը: Մինչդեռ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում 21-րդ դարում Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ որոշ երկրներում, ուղղակի զարհուրելի է. օրեր առաջ Բաքվում բացվեց իր ցինիզմով աննախադեպ մի ցուցահանդես, արցախյան վերջին պատերազմում հայկական կողմից առգրավված ռազմական ավարի ցուցահանդեսը և պետք էր տեսնել, թե ինչպես էր Ալիևը հպարտորեն քայլում սպանված հայ զինվորների սաղավարտների միջով, պետք էր տեսնել, թե ինչպես էին ադրբեջանցի երեխաները զվարճանում հայ զինվորների մանեկենները խեղդելով:
 
Բաքվի ահա այդ ֆաշիստական ցուցահանդեսի հարցը այսօր պիտի դառնար գերակա հարցերից մեկը:
 
Զարհուրելի էր տեսարանը, թե ինչպես էին ադրբեջանցիները կիլոմետրերով հերթ կանգնել անարգանքի այդ ցուցահանդեսը տեսնելու համար: Նրանք իրենց հետ բերել էին իրենց երեխաներին, ովքեր հայտարարում էին, որ հայն իրենց գենետիկ թշնամին է:
Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, լավ է, որ այսօր վերջապես մեր Վեհաժողովը քննարկելու է հայ ռազմագերիների հարցը: Պատերազմից վեց ամիս անց մենք ունենք Ադրբեջանի բանտերում պահվող հարյուրավոր ռազմագերիներ և Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն հրաժարվում է Մարդու Իրավունքների Եվրոպական Դատարանին տրամադրել հստակ տեղեկատվություն հայ ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ, այլև ցինիկաբար հայտարարում է, որ նրանք ռազմագերիներ չեն: Ի դեպ, ռազմագերիներից մեկին օրերս ծնողները հանձնեցին հողին: Ես ուզում եմ հասկանալ, ինչու մինչև հիմա Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարը չի այցելել Բաքվի բանտեր՝ տեսնելու, թե ինչ անմարդկային պայմաններում են պահվում հայ ռազմագերիները:
Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, երբ մեր կողքին Եվրոպայի անդամ երկրներ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան ամենացինիկ կերպով ոտնահարում են մարդու իրավունքը, երբ Ալիևը հայտարարում է, որ իրենք այս պատերազմում հաղթեցին, որովհետև ադրբեջանցի երիտասարդների մի ողջ սերունդ իրենք մեծացրին թշնամու հանդեպ ատելությամբ, ահա այս կարգի ռասիստական և հայատյաց հայտարարությունները պիտի դառնան մեր կառույցի քննարկման առարկա, այլապես ֆեյք օրակարգերով մենք ոտնահարում ենք մեր կառույցի հիմնարար արժեքները»:
